Vennie's Oil is heavy high sulphur content Oil isn't it so they'd need to import lighter crude to blend it.

Article in the independent today about Venezuela importing oil despite having the greatest oil reserves in the world,I reckon we might see some evidence of this in the oil inventories this week,just a matter of time before we break 80p IMO DYOR
