For a few trading days its been up the odd penny at 8am (albiet on a weak stray bot or two) followed by a period of low volume garbage up until late afternoon when the shareprice is hammered back down a few ticks.

Holding 65p bid so far which is up 1p on the day. Brent / US Crude racing up. Maybe we might get a late flurry of activity ?

Beg,

Use that knowledge to make some easy profits. Get a DMA account(if you havent one already) and trade accordingly.

Marv,

The oil price will move the PMO shareprice, however it'll take improving company fundamentals to make the gains sustainable. Read up on the latest production figures, asset sale to boot (One already announced but other assets are up for sale) Everything is heading in the right direction.

Maybe I am wrong but I actually think TD and co are doing a great job - at the moment.

An example of the control of the share price would be that yesterday, at 9.30am when POO was $1 lower the PMO share price was 1p higher.

It is in reverse correlation due to one thing only - management of SETS.

Cheers

It may well spike to that range in my opinion at some point post Catcher [if smooth and successful]but the main thing any long standing PMO holder has learned is that highs are very short lived and will be taken off by the shorting brigade.

Not a conducive environment for steady equity growth.

Yankey doodle idiot, we cant break 65p never mind 78p.

Told ya, get rid of fat cheeks and his shorting mates will go with him. The share price will be £1 within a week.

He is nothing but blubber

Beg, my only target is 78p. The shareprice spent a significant amount of time in 2016 trading upto the 78p area before falling back (to the mid 60's area) so that would be a good initial target to drop a few with the intention of buying back on any dip.

What would 'very nicely' equate to in your book?

I'd be interested to know as my expectations from 12 months ago were for this to be considerably nearer £1 than 64p.

With POO where it is and refinancing done I wasn't expecting any equity growth to have been sacrificed to placate bondholders.

I know Solan caused a big dent [and I fear there may be more to come on that saga]but it is quite clear to me that there is no appetite to bring in new II's or to support the equity side of the stock.

If the hedging for the CBH's is that strong that it effectively negated the Zama spike within weeks and has the share price completely under its' thumb with POO in this range then I also question what will cause the share price to rise.

Catcher is anybody's guess as TD's time frames and reality are absolute strangers to each other and it is only hope that really keeps me invested rather than expectation.
