seems people want to get out at any price at the mo, just look at all those sells gone through, especially that 1million T trade, this will probably test early twenties before it stabalises, MM have to get rid of all this excess stock in the coming days/weeks

Dropping again today down about 8p! S single protected transaction has went through at 28p a share - 1 million shares! (over 5% of the company) must be an RNS announcement. Does anyone know anything more?

Gelp - I would be inclined to agree. The company also has quite a bit of debt. I sold these near the top, a couple of years ago. I thought a profit warning may be on the cards, albeit I was probably 18m or so too early in my prediction. Looks like they have made a bit of a mess of things lately. I'll be watching from now on in with interest, but haven't bought in yet - I think I will wait for the year-end results first or more concrete news on how bad things currently are.

if management buyout would have to pay their highest price paid within 12 months as minimum.
I think they simply see below assett value, and believe the shares have dropped too far.
if they were a bargain at 50 and 40 what is their view at 30?

1. Never fight the market.
2. The TREND is your FRIEND.

Look at PLUS MARKETS (PMK.L) - tipped in small company sharewatch over the weekend and DESIGNER VISION (DVS.L) for inspiration

As I said in post 530 I was surprised the market didn't react to the profits warning from European Home. Not surprised with today's announcement.

Jeff,

You still bullish ahead of results ?
There does seem to be a downward trend appearing, and some chunky sells today.

Looking to buy in - but the downtrend doesn't inspire confidence that the time is right.
