I Love that there are magpies here working hard hustling the price down. Always a good sign.

Now that the share price has seemingly achieved relative stability, they might be lucky and see a Placing no lower than 0.2p. At which point, the market price will of course drift down to meet it. Anyone buying before then, which at 0.27p is nearly 26% above that, needs their head examined imo.

Yep, but you won't be welcome here pointing out such truths!

Each time, a new generation has to learn the hard way. I would make it all part of a mandatory test before anyone is let loose with a share dealing account ...

Oh, how far down would you say, 0.1p?

Less maybe?

That's the second attempt at a reversal that's failed, might be a third but more likely a move down next.

Following the Circum Rights Issue, George just got an email asking if he wants to convert prem's stake into a 12 month one shirt/month loyalty program from TM Lewin.

Moving up nicely! As most ppl realised this should have been 1.5p by now easy with all the gud recent Rns updates.

Someone who's seen it all before. Someone who, if I'd bought at lower than this, would now be grabbing this opportunity with both hands, to exit without a loss.

Enjoy the nice warm feeling of temporarily moving upwards while it lasts.

Two basics which so many have forgotten here or just aren't aware of:

1. It's pointless to buy if a Placing is likely, because the shares always fall to match the Placing price, best to wait.
2. Don't sit all weekend thinking 'I must buy more' and then pile in during the first 10 minutes when everyone's doing the same! At least wait until the price settles back if you must buy just before a Placing.

7rademark, you're right that Placings are often necessary for a Company that doesn't have a regular income stream to cover costs. And yes the price has fallen since last weekend. But here's a bit of homework for you.

Find out how many Placings have been carried out on all Aim companies at a share price equal to or higher than the current price, and how many were carried out at a lower price.

Or, to make it easier, just narrow your search to all the Placings that have been done for Prem. Then decide the likely outcome here. But to save you the bother, it will be lower. It always is.

I was a finished man after TCG and back then was also in PREM, AST and Yes KEFI. Could have lost the lot. But luck does indeed change in a blink of an eye. NCYT who would have thought, GGP never imagined and ARB all just pure luck. So those that been in kefi and Prem , you just don't know, in a blink thousands of pounds worth of losses can all of a sudden make you very wealthy.

I don't mind placings, in fact it's a ceos responsibility to fund a company at the best rate possible, kod have just done one we'll off its high but certainly also we'll above its low. Prem has already fallen significantly.

No one here can predict the share price of prem. We could a placing RNS Monday at 0.1p and many will be instantly down another 60%. You take the risk and if it pays off , well done.

Well i say just was luck, no one could have predicted it. GGP, we all thought will go down sub 0.1p and be ome another PREM. NCYT was just a punt and ARB just bought by luck.

Wow, yes way back in 2016, before all the massive dilutions, this did actually reach 1p. Extraordinary.

And no, that doesn't mean 'it must be a bargain now'. Dilution is such a killer. 17 billion pieces of next to FA.

Since Thomas cook days, i did well. NCYT made a lot for me, as did ggp and ARB. NCYT made up for me in ways i never imagined and ggp and ARB, set me up

Oig I do recall you appearing on another thread a few years ago ramping for all you were worth - which can’t be much now after Thos Cook - and then just as quickly disappearing.
