I've seen it as well.

I was particularly impressed with the phrase:

'This most definitely is NOT a keep funding me, jam tomorrow gravy train'

George sent me an advance copy of his presentation. The word imminent is used over 100 times.

To preserve company value George is planning to give the drilling contract to his nephew. That way the money goes back to George, who is Prem. Makes total sense.

Zxie - don't be upset that George didn't ask you to participate in the fundraise.

George is excited about his big day tomorrow. Let's just make sure the judges don't ask why the share price is dropping while the lithium price is poised to double.

If you actually think it could be at a premium then sorry, but you're being delusional. Better to have a touch of realism surely.

There are several options open to George from a premium small placing to a form of off take . The delay in anoucing is because he has some choice I assume .

'Here's this great deal, rayj1's got all the gen, but it's really cool, forget paying .23p in the market, you can buy shedloads for 1p instead'

'Wow! Cool.'

Not sure which way this will go. Price action suggests the bears are winning. Placing is fully expected but if no placing then i think we could see 0.5p to 1p.

So Ray, do you actually mean 1p, a nearly 5 times, approx 316% premium on the current price (an interesting prediction, let's see how accurate that turns out to be) - or a near halving to 0.1p? Which is it.

I love the idea that lucky Placing participants might be given the 'opportunity' to pay nearly 5 times what they could pay tomorrow by simply buying in the market.

TM Lewin are the only serious JV offer at the moment so hopefully George can calm their nerves.

The saving grace of a virtual Indaba is that prem shareholders save the 20k of 'business expenses' that George racks up every year.

Richard - that would only be known via a leak.

Given the history, location, risks, vast number of shares already issued etc, it would have to be at a meaningful discount. The quantum of that discount is anybody's guess.
