Doc, good to see you are still here.

Roach is up to his old tricks. His new play toy MNH. Now needs a SGM so that he can get authority to issue more shares. If we do not agree he will then tell us there is no money and therefore PREM are in a bad financial situation. He knows we are hamstrung because the principal assets are in Zim.

The only way out is if the Zim government give him something substantial for RHA, sign off the EPO for Zulu or he announces Circum have finally announced a liquidty event.

We are in the hands of the Zim government who like Roach continually promise but never deliver. EPO for Zulu should have been signed off last October. How long does it take to prepare the documentation and get a pen and sign it? Roach says he is frustated about the whole thing well not as half as frustated as PREM shareholders.

He says he was at the conference and a woman casually told him she knew who he was and that the EPO was going to be announced very soon. How long ago was that? Oh wait I have just seen another pig fly past my window. He is a complete fantasist. One day he may pull the proverbial rabbit out the hat and if we get a spike in the share price I will be more than happy to sell my entire holding and move on to pastures new.

Doc - will it be like when GR surprised shareholders last year by cancelling the drilling program at Zulu.

No gazette?! I thought it was locked on given the 500 quid buys on Wednesday. Well there’s always next week I guess.

Boom! 490k raised in less than two months while everything is on c&m. So where is the money going? Oh yes, GRs salary. That pool in the garden won’t build itself.

The share price is manipulated by the purchaser of the 10 million shares. They have been making money at everyone elses expense. Purchased earlier today and now have dumped making a turn. There is nothing of substance here until Roach gets RHA sorted (yeah right) and the Zulu EPO which has been promised since last October. He is in the hands of the Zim government and we know what they are like.

As far as Circum is concerned he has been promising a liquidity event for years.

When I see it I will believe it. He promises much and delivers nothing.

Have you not seen the jump in gold? I mean PREM still has the Togo assets right? Otjozondu = Another Circum It used to be about lithium, then it was potash, now it's manganese. GR is just a damp fart who is tying up his pension pot before her retires.

boom! more shares. we should be sub .4 by the end of tomorrow. Nice to see GR helping out his broke buddies at MNH. the good thing is that at 19% we will technically own almost a whole tire on one of those rusty trucks.

Talked to the gazette publishers in Zimbabwe. They are thinking of listing on AIM to raise money to buy paper and ink. Told them to get in touch with GR for advice.

Remember when GR sold those Arc Minerals shares at loss and without informing shareholders. ahh those were days. In the upcoming annual report we might find out in some footnote that GR offloaded most of the Circum shares at a loss to pay bills and cash some salary checks.

Did anyone notice those consecutive 500 quid buys this morning. Must mean the EPO is locked on for Friday.
