not sure why folks are so angry. everyone knew an egm needed to happen. mnh need money and GR is there to help. wonder the placing price will be. it's .049 to buy now so the raise should be in the .03s. maybe even 0.02s. 10-20 billions more shares. makes no difference to GR.
