I think so too! I've been looking at the 52 week chart and based on a couple key indicators, I can really see the share price increasing once Rio announces the 100 million offer for Zulu.

big news. just got off the phone with the company. GR confirmed that during the next interview he is going to tell the story of when he walked past the Rio Tinto booth at Indaba and the lady there recognized him and told him that "Rio has decided to buy Zulu for 100 million'. GR thinks that since she told him at the event, it's public info and he doesn't need to RNS it.
