Watch the podcast. Listen to what Roach said. If there was no imminent sign off he will have some serious questions to answer. Having said that I think the man is immune to criticism and runs PREM as his personal ffiefdom. The attitude could be deemed "if you don't like it, then don't invest"

Roach has had plenty of time to sort out partners for Zulu with the time it has taken to get the EPO signed off.

I watched the podcast and he seemed relax almost as if he thinks the perfect storm of Zulu, Circum and RHA is very close. History tells us that a placing is in the offing. However, this time it may be different.

boom! I'm sure a couple folks in the shareholder group are thinking up news ramps for next week. the EPO one might not work, so I'm thinking RHA? ooh, maybe Circum? in December GR said two weeks for a circum update, and then this week he said two weeks for a circum update. :)

If it's updated in a 'Gazette' then how come any company has to get their commercial price sensitive news from a future publication/report, and not the office/minister/dept direct first hand, when they complete decisions in any instance,

the Gov would know way befor publication the decisions
