I can't see a sign off on RHA leading up to elections end of July. If the current president stays in power it will give 6 days to sign off before GR gets his hands on Arc shares....

Panic seems to be setting in. If GR had no sign of an imminent deal, he would have just let it go into admin and possibly take it private. But he has loaned the company money enough for 60 days to be able to seal a deal. This is Africa.

If no deals though, plan B could be admin and its whether supportive shareholders chip in to take it private until such time a deal is done.

Agree a good RNS would be bloody nice, long overdue but the wheels turn slowly in Africa.

AGM question was answered, it’s because of the non dom status.

I found the webinar useful but i don't like they fact they totally ignore some questions like why should the AGM be in France or Belgium and not the UK. Was hoping for a good rns before but we are going to have to be a bit more patient on that.

I'm glad I got out completely when I did Jung.

Good luck with your remaining holding, and to all other holders too.

Donald - well said there. Have had the same lines for 4 years in the mean time gone from highs of 3p+ to todays lows. Share in issie gone from 600m to 7bn in that period. Will the long suffering holders ever get our money back not even talking of profit?

The best decision I made early this year was selling half my prem holdings and buying i3e about 50p. I did mention it here. Today is at 123p and Imo 500p is realistic there this year. My regret not selling the whole lot of prem.

He's always in discussions, everything is very significant, always doing due diligence and always about to bring exciting negotiations to a close. Same strap line year upon year.

I tried to pick up another 5M yesterday at 0.15 but unable, best i got quoted was about 0.1524

Today, looks like I would have more success. The RHA deal I think could drag on a good while yet because would the new party have a deal in place to immediately implement once the 90% ownership is legally binding. I think probably not, the outlines of one maybe but not all the legal stuff sorted. Its Zulu we hope can break in the next two weeks in order to move this forward.

It ain't easy dealing with Africa

Depends what the base unit of currency is, there's a twitter rumour we're about to re-list using the old Zim Dollar so quite feasible :-)

He sounded a bit frustrated at the views expressed, I'm guessing he follows the LSE BB and maybe not here?

I think its fare enough to criticise but no need for personal rude attacks on him. I think what he's basically done is what many of us have done, taken a big risk and invested too much here. He's done the same with our money and bought into illiquid assets but I think/hope as I have never met him, that his heart is in the right place. The 30K is a lot and should have been less but heavy dilution if it were possible would have been FAR worse. Whether I buy more now, I'm not too sure, I have too much already, but am slightly concerned about this being taken by some pre pack or private route.

Did someone say there was an investors meeting soon with GR?
