He's got no room left to issue more shares hence this loan which seems disgusting.. no point selling now.. don't forget we have $7.5m Circum holding which could increase to easy $50m plus on Circum IPO!! Keep the faith guys :)

Who’s going to be the first to say “world class assets” and then give some nonsense ftse-250-type company analysis of the different projects?

The fact that it highlights a negative pledge on the loan should be more what you’re focussed on. Read the chess moves, not what they want you to read. It’s AIM.

RNS out...GR cannot get finance from anyone else so chucks $300k at the company for 60 days and makes an additional $30k for himself in fees....funny he could negotiate that!!

10% return for 60 day loan and if the company can’t repay it, he gets all the equity in the company. How’s that for a one-liner?

First news of the company splitting into two entities! What was it George said last time .... "we have listened to major shareholders" and Premier will not be split up! Here we go again, this guy is clueless

Last seen 30th Jan, saying he was going to Caribbean/US for 5 weeks.

It took 4 months for anyone to notice?

Where’s vitec gone? He was commander-in-chief of long-winded, high sounding, missing-the-point specious analysis a while back. He was similarly vexatious to those not singing from the company hymn sheet as ihnc... probably woke up and smelled the coffee. Didn’t have the good grace to admit he was overbearingly wrong though...
