08/1/2018 15:36 | Aye, got this on my watchlist, just in case there is value in Zulu, but .20 really has to hold to convince me to buy, something not right so far given Zulu is "such a great project" | melodrama
08/1/2018 14:50 | Looks like someone is seriously offloading here. Some pretty big trades going through... hopefully more news end of this week/early next to give a little more clarity. | mike_f
08/1/2018 14:21 | That's better! | dmitribollokov
08/1/2018 14:11 | RHA will become profitable. In his words 'RHA needs more time to properly mine the undiluted ore from the stopes'. There are interested parties for a JV. Once GR has gained some if not all of the 51% or NIEEF cough up with some finance (doubtful). He will use this to do a JV to fund the work needed at RHA. We know the plant can cope with exceeding 6000+ tonnes. | bestofbest
08/1/2018 12:05 | Surprised by the lack of wildly optimistic and grandiose posts today... | dmitribollokov
06/1/2018 21:42 | Yup, you're the smart guys long and strong. | dmitribollokov
06/1/2018 20:00 | Bulgarian another Genius with one unintelligent line and sound investment advise for the poor souls on here. FILTER | wallyjumblat
06/1/2018 19:45 | Bulgarian ... so you think £15.80m market cap is too high for PREM ? | ihavenoclue
06/1/2018 15:51 | if Zulu is spun off from PREM why not just buy shares in the new entity? | bulgarian
06/1/2018 10:54 | Has anyone on here been holding VOG as well as PREM. It's all fun and games down Africa way. | dodge city
05/1/2018 19:22 | Having read the dross over the road today, it's shocking how gullible some folk are. Still, fools and their cash etc. Will certainly have it fleeced quicker over in the bandits bazaar. | bulgarian
05/1/2018 18:39 | They have something much better than a PFS or DFS and that's a completed mine and associated plant and geological models to produce an upgrade to resources in September last year. A JV partner would have access to all the information needed to assess it's value. I understand they have developed an existing mine and so the PFS/DFS route for a greenfield site probably wouldn't have been appropriate. | andrewsr
05/1/2018 17:49 | Can someone on here explain to me how in the hell Rha is going to be JVd If and hopefully when he gets 100%..I ask this because as far as im aware Rha has never had a PFS or DFS..How the hell can a partner value its worth without these?.. | bearhug2
05/1/2018 16:17 | Hold on a second. Relax guys it's just another dilution. Good old George now up to 6.5 billion Shares. | tidy 2
05/1/2018 13:45 | Doctor ... would love that to be true but will believe it when I see it as there has always been a lot of chatter on LSE and none of it has happened Also if that were true surely he would have waited until Monday to release the RNS released today with that information on it ? | ihavenoclue
05/1/2018 13:31 | A lot of talk on lse of a joint venture rns on Monday for Zulu . That will send prem flying | doctor 69
05/1/2018 12:55 | Long term holders will be diluted into oblivion. That's what will happen. | dodge city
05/1/2018 12:48 | What will the new venture do with ZULU that PREM cannot? Apart from nick it from under your trusting noses? I'm not buying this at all.... I think you will find ZULU will disappear into the new venture, and PREM will be left holding a minor proportion of the shares. That will knacker your voting power for a start. Then what will happen is the new venture will consistently issue new shares to the investors & holders in the new company and will somehow dilute PREM into insignificance. | molatovkid
05/1/2018 12:46 | The Bull 5 Jan '18 - 12:41 - 7892 of 7893 0 1 0 I wish he would hold off on the updates until its a stunningly good one ==================== Amen ... the dust was just starting to settle from the last RNS and BLAM !! But as other have said .. you can buy now at what you could yesterday so the large lurches in the share price are not reflected in what the buy and sell prices have been IMHO. | ihavenoclue
05/1/2018 12:44 | forwood ... we own 100% of it but what have we got to show for it ? To realise more value means more cost which means we own a smaller % but of something that is worth more. I think George was hoping for perfect scenario .... buy Circum summer of 2017 as he thought a deal would be done before year end ... then he would have used that cash to take Zulu through a feasibility study with cash in the bank and no more dilution required. That of course hasn't happened and RHA seems to be blinding the market to the other assets PREM has but of course money is needed to continue with RHA and Circum has caused the severe dilution. I really do not think PREM will be taking Zulu to production. Just getting it to the results of the feasibility study with most of it still owned by PREM would vastly improve the value from where we are now. By this time, in a year or 18 months, I think Lithium will have further increased in value which may be enough to cover the loss of % of Zulu to get it to feasibility results. All that being said I agree that now is not the time to be selling. PREM is at the crossroads but we are not at boom or bust yet IMHO Regards IHNC | ihavenoclue
05/1/2018 12:41 | I wish he would hold off on the updates until its a stunningly good one | the bull
05/1/2018 12:36 | pooler ... it is a 'we'll have to wait and see' | ihavenoclue |
