Is this share incapable of holding any sort of poitive movement in the share price ?

===============

At the moment ... no. I think, as others have mentioned, it is waiting for news of sales/profit from RHA to re-rate. GR has mentioned 'imminent stellar' assays from RHA but given the impact they had on the share price yesterday they won't get it to move either.

Is this share incapable of holding any sort of poitive movement in the share price ?Today when we were up 13% early doors i thought we were finally on our way, but no, knocked back time and time again.Every intraday tickup is quickly beaten back down, been going on daily for months.I wont say the price is being manipulated to hold us in a tight range as im not sure this is possible......but does make you wonder.3- 4 decent rns recently have had zero impact.Whats going on ???

Do you reckon there is a risk that someone takes this over on the cheap and we get shafted again ?

==============================

quazie ... with GR being a large shareholder ? Nope. I believe any low ball offers won't even be mentioned to the market, as has already happened, let alone put forward for shareholders to consider :)

VitecGood post this morning. It is now a bit concerning that the share price seems range bound in spite of positive news. Do you reckon there is a risk that someone takes this over on the cheap and we get shafted again ? I am not sure what the shareholder demographic is for PREM and whether there is a sufficient PI base that could effectively block any such move ?Q12

Northland Securities have released a report today on the Zulu scoping study.Have you seen that PREM is currently trading at £1.6m/kt, compared to £9m/kt industry average? Shows how crazy our Mcap is at present.That is without a soon to be profitable RHA, Circum stake and all other smaller assets.Mad!

Top post tedoby2, as soon as they RNS RHA is in profit the share price will fly. Why not buy ahead of the curve?

==================

100% agree ... amazed that people would rather jump in on a rise than be in an undervalued company before the rise. Some are not so clear but to me it is bloody obvious this will have a re-rate.

It's funny ... for weeks now I have been correcting people who have been saying "RHA in profit" etc etc saying it wasn't even planned to start being profitable until the end of the year. Then I get lecture for supposedly saying RHA is running at a profit. Couldn't make it up TBH !!

I've done my research and we are not making any profit from the mine yet or didn't you read the rns

==============

Where did I say we were ? I only mentioned profit as an example of what removal of the 49/51 rule were to be removed/reduced. Perhaps you should read posts in more detail ?

FWIW by my calculation RHA should be above break even when production from the underground mine gets beyond a rate of 4,650 tonnes/month given the APT European current price is US$293-300/mtu.

The basis of my calculation comes from the RNS 15/09/2017 which had break even at 4,500 tonnes when APT prices were around 3% higher.

At the 6,000 tonnes rate forecast within the next two weeks as RNS'd yesterday RHA should be running at a profit rate of approximately $100k/month.

Target production from the underground mine is 16,000 tonnes/month which is well within the plants current operating level of 700 tonnes/day. At target the monthly sales should be near 4,200 mtu's which at today's APT prices should produce a revenue of around $1.2m/month and a net profit of over $600k/month from that source alone.

From Prem's latest presentation targeted production from the open pit is 24,000 tonnes/month but that's currently undergoing an optimisation review we're told. I'm hoping the pit target can be improved upon but if it's simply met we should expect to see a profit margin from it equal to at least that of the underground mine.

How much will it cost to develop Zulu, how long will it take and how much do shareholders have to stump up to fund it.

One thing is inevitable more dilution will follow and George needs a much higher share price.

Another thing is that George is getting on a bit, so new leadership is needed which is friendly to shareholders.

I think many would agree with your last post pooler1 but so far it does look as if they may be business friendly.

My theory re the share price languishing is that it is being held down by the mms in order to facilitate the regular sales by Darwin or/and whoever else has large sell orders in. This has discouraged long term investors and encouraged traders. So one day the brakes will be off as I think ihnc or DC said earlier and it will move up, probably fairly swiftly at first. Here's hoping anyway.

May need to see what happens with the new leadership in Zimbabwe first. Don't forget that except for Mugabe its the same people in charge so I'm still a little cautious on changes there yet. Think there will be issues arising before their elections next year.

DT, that is correct but targets have been missed here and GR's credibility damaged. Needs to show that he can deliver before share price reflects assets and potential.

I wasn't expecting profitability in this rns but we need to see the mine in profit by end of Jan otherwise it will look like more targets missed.

I have 50 plus shares on my monitor. I see companies that have a small asset base, double, triple and quadruple plus in value as hot money chases them up. I then see them fall as dramatically. PREM has a huge asset base but the share price reaction is muted. We have seen the share price rise dramatically in the past only to fall back. What we need is a sustainable rise where the value of PREM is continually appraised and reflected. If George and the BOD is unable to do this, then someone else will come along and do it for them. There are probably companies that have slid their rule over PREM but are unwilling to make the first move. If I had 25 million pounds I would certainly take a look if I believed that Zulu was worth in excess of this figure and all other assets come for free.

If you are an asset stripper this would seem to be a no brainer. If you are in the game of being a producer there are probably further complications. Either way something at some point has to give.
