Nash,

Thanks for posting the article, sounds like the partner will be looking to fund at least part of Zulu. If George gets the maiden resource upgraded, perhaps rather a large cheque involved.

Regards,
Ed.

Mike_F - forwood, the perceived spread is poor but it’s actually pretty tight as you can trade well within.

Yes, I'm aware of that. I am talking about the real difference between buys and sells.

Doctor 69 - Forwood , sorry you are totally incorrect , the spread is very narrow for such a small cap stock . It is often 2%.

OK, let's take recent trades, 11:45 was a sell at 0.351, 11:46 a buy at 0.3647. That's a spread of 3.75%.

Take 0.38 buy at 11:59 v the 0.3565 sell at 12:13. That's a massive 6.2%.

On a liquid stock like this, I think that's outrageous. Another liquid AIM stock , UKOG you can buy sell now at 3.6 v 3.55, less than 1.4%

Still think I'm 'totally incorrect'?

This feels like SXX when I was in years back, I was in at 4p, it dropped to 2.5p, I thought it was going to keep dropping so sold and a week or so later it went to 12p... massive asset but sentiment was low at the time. It can change so quickly. At least we have a huge asset in Zulu to fall back on and an imminently profitable mine in RHA. Some companies go up 200-300% on a whim... we have good reason.

Just because you sold 2/3rds Bill lol

It seems obvious that:

1. There is a seller at play (most likely Darwin)
2. Market wants to see RHA profitable

Once Darwin FO and RHA confirms profitability I expect the share price to be AT LEAST 50% higher than current levels. Hopefully this will be before the end of Dec.

Further Zulu assays due and an update on JV talks could come out this month also. It’s the time to be buying... not selling!

Long time to wait though Bill in this impatient world, a move nearer to 1p would settle my nerves over recent purchases and tide me over till then. The story of JV talks over the weekend I thought would move the price. I wonder if GR has once last santa update before we break up

RHA soon to be turning a profit. Circum liquidity event on the horizon. Zulu, well every man and his dog knows that's a monster find so leave it at that. Political situation in Zim improving daily.

£15m owed.

£25m m/cap.

It has to be said LOL.

pps stephen, Alba's near term fortunes are intrinsically linked to good news from Ukog's flow tests at BB, and as i hold Ukog i decided to sell Alba to reduce my risk exposure, just incase. Gl ;-)

Lol i bought at a shed load at an average of 4.1p and so hardly a spike, but disappointing that the share price hasn't moved up after 3 good updates especially with the changes afoot in Zimbabawe, although significant upside still looks nailed on with more good news which is expected....and so still plenty of time to get back into Alba imho . Gl ;-)

ps i've also taken a chunk of MSYS which is nicely in profit...and all looks set for plenty more this week. ;-)

moneymunch. Bad call bailing on ALBA and getting these on a spike. ALBA has just been give a share price target of 6p a potential 15 bagger. And has just started breaking out from it's lows. What were you thinging man!

Nice that Zimbabwe have already stated the 51% law will only apply to diamonds and platinum :) Looking very good for RHA AND Zulu :)

George Roach, Premier's CEO, commented: "With ongoing negotiations with potential partners in regard to Zulu Lithium, and some additional stellar drilling results imminent, RHA is progressing as planned, and with Premier having secured further funding, I sincerely believe that the value of Zulu and Circum holdings should be reflective in our market capitalisation. Regardless of the performance at RHA during December 2017, Premier does not intend to provide any further finance to RHA for normal operations or capital unless RHA is trading profitably and then only for bridging finance."

So operator at RHA being paid in shares at .50 aligning us with them, GR acquiring more at .50 further confidence from CEO, more talk of Zulu JV and everything on track for end of Q4. How many more signals can he give you?

GR is a big player he has dealt in billions before the potential here is staggering.

"An IMF financial arrangement, for example, would only be possible, after progress is made in resolving Zimbabwe's arrears to other international financial institutions and other creditors."

Would this include the $18m indebted to Premier for RHA...????
