VitecYes I do hold shares. My posts were nothing to do with whether the share price was going to rise and fall. I have been following this BB for a couple of months and your post re conversation with the company particularly caught my attention and the way in which you mentioned it. However, I take you at your word that you have no connection with the company and apologise. That said I am struggling to fathom your bullishness a bit and, from the outside looking in I do still think your posts come over as a company PR exercise in spite of Donald's comment earlier.Would you be prepared to share more details of your call to the company yesterday, what questions you asked and answers given ?Q12

Thanks tedoby. I do have a substantial holding. I have been through many lows with PREM it will be nice to go through some highs as well. There has been some good buying today and this augers well for the future. The price to buy is steadily rising.

vitec thanks for your feedback. It's very much appreciated

It you have a considerable holding it's well worth putting the effort in.

The share price action (or non action) is confusing. I hold shares in UKOG and felt exactly the same thing prior to their run up that the market was not reacting to the news and when it did the share price would go northwards. With PREM its past history maybe holding it back but if the news is as we expect then I cannot see why the share price would not rise to reflect value.

Vitec,

Interesting stuff from your convo with George. Fingers crossed we'll see that deal for Zulu this month as suggested as its likely to strengthen our hand when it comes to development/expo of Zulu as the company priority has moved from further dilution.

Regards,
Ed.

He's probably best ignored vitec. It is obvious that you are a genuine investor.

Thanks Donald. Quazie you are entitled to your opinion and I am happy to qualify any statements that I have made. I do not need to justify myself to you or any one else on this BB but in the spirit of wanting PREM to succeed and anybody that holds the shares I am sure when under scrutiny I will rise to the challenge. I am sure if the share price yesterday had responded with a 50% rise then your series of posts would not have taken place. For the record I am not a company mole, I do not know anyone that works at the company personally (in fact it was the first time that I telephoned the company) and all of my posts are my own opinion, which seem in line with the majority of posters on this BB. Do you hold any shares?

quazie

Whilst I am sure vitec can speak for himself, if you had half a brain cell and looked back on vitec's posting history you will see that what you are spouting is complete dribble.

End.

Ed I am very comfortable with this. If anything I will be adding to my large shareholding. Talking to the company yesterday I got the feeling they were very excited about the future and that Zulu was going to be big. I said that I felt RHA was a sideshow now and that Zulu and Circum were world class assets. Without the company giving anything away I got the sense I was right and that as a shareholder there was some exciting times ahead. George has stated that he hopes to conclude a deal regarding Zulu by the end of July. These types of negotiations have a habit of slipping but he will be acutely aware and embarrassed about the lateness of filing the accounts and will want to manage shareholder expectations and not have to issue an RNS that maybe viewed as disappointing. Watch this space. Long term shareholders will be rewarded we just need the touch paper to light this up. Once it goes I think it will be propelled upwards very quickly.

Vitec,

I don't see any jv or sale resembling £18m in any shape or form. Its laughable, we're owed in excess of $20m from RHA given the continued spend there up to August. Only after that point is it expected to generate free cash flow. So RHA, an asset of years of production ahead isn't valued in here, just what our partner there owes us. So market is gonna have to give some value to Zulu eventually especially if there is a large cash element to sale/jv. Even if its not a sale for cash but a carry through development its still worth many times the current cap. We'll hopefully see some details of a Zulu deal soon.

Regards,
Ed.

Not the trading day I expected. Hopefully when news does come it will propel the share price to reflect the true value of the assets

sold a load this morning at 0.44. Looking to buy them back and think I might be able to at below 0.4. Been disappointing bearing in mind the 0.5 placing and thin pickings here recently.... so if I can get about 12% on the day by sale and buy back I will settle for that.
