It appears that miners annual contracts with off-takers for high grade spodumene are now being agreed at prices approximately 50% higher than 2016. Supply is not keeping up with demand it seems.

That's interesting and should make quite a difference to Zulu's Opex appraisal.

Hoping it comes down to .03 I'll double up then, and will have a nice average of .04, so carry on walking it down mm's :)

The spread is very tight as the MM's will give you .04p and sell the shares to you at .0407p. I am fully invested elsewhere, if not I would be adding!!

Ridiculous share price The market is not giving any credit to the assets. To have one world class asset is great to have two is absolutely fantastic. Unless there is something in the background that we do not know about then this seems prima facie to be an absolute bargain at this share price We need an update on RHA so that we can assess how things are going. Followed up with an update on Zulu or Circum.

I hope I am wrong and there is nothing sinister behind the selling. I think it is just boredom and impatience. Most that invested/punted thought there would be more news by now. The last RNS was very positive but the share price went down. Lethargy has set in but PREM may catch many out with a very positive RNS and the share price will respond accordingly.

cheers bpeter It's not been this low for a while after that last bounce up after loan stock conversions ended. Will watch with interest.

Doubtful about a placing after the one at 0.5. Would need to be at 0.25 or 0.3 and huge dilution

added at 0.4. Sure you will see this a bit lower but cant time exactly. Some of these sales! 2.5 million, 2.3 million etc. Where from?

Any risks here of another forward sold placing-convertible loan stock scenarios ahead?

Well there's lots more results to come from the drilling at ZULU. Currently drilling the remaining two thirds of the strike length which can then be incorporated into the maiden JORC. After that it'll be seeking a partner or sale, hopefully a sale for a remarkable amount of money. Lith price is likely to be higher still by year end.

Ed.

Hope so! It's getting a bit monotonous here at the moment.

Sold all my Alba and Solo and put it into UKOG. My biggest holding remains PREM and will do so until I think fair value has been reached. We have some way to go on that score.

Vitec,

Well done, yeah UKOG has had some sweet results and likely more to come. PREM is waiting one of those significant spike days too. I'm still hoping that Zulu will be sold once the lithium price really gets momentum behind it. The lith and cobalt crunch lies ahead and there's just not enough of the stuff being mined to meet future demand. Worth checking out the others in the weald KL play, a lot of money gonna be made in 2017 on that play.

Regards,
Ed.

Ed, just bought another half a million and like you have had a wonderful day with UKOG. Wouldn't go amiss for something similar to happen with PREM. I would then be truly happy!

Mike,

That has the potential to do wonders to the price of Lith that's for sure. :)

Don't see why we should get RHA news. It's going to be ramping up til September. Possibly more info on feed grades and resource profile but that's all.
Zulu dril results at least 3 weeks away.
Limestone possibly

Big trade just gone through. Gut tells me it is a delayed buy but if a sell may signal the end of the seller. Who knows? News about RHA must be imminent. I am expecting an RNS early next week.
