My wife is in hospital as she has just had a major operation so didn't see the close. Happy to see that Prem had moved. I think this is only the beginning. Shame we now have two non trading days just when there was a bit of momentum. I have accumulated a few more million at what I saw as a "silly" price. However, as this is AIM anything is possible and what seems cheap today is expensive tomorrow and visa versa. I am confident that the share price will rise but I don't have a crystal ball as to when. My feeling is that when it starts rising it will go a fair way. GLA.

I would agree in terms of the share price not really moving. I think all of the purchasers from the fund raising are still unwinding trades. No news usually means stagnation and with no movement, boredom. If you felt you have enough invested, any extra shares you may be holding at a profit usually get sold so the funds can be used elsewhere. Just when you think this strategy will work for you, an RNS is released. I wasn't expecting any news this side of Easter but I am hopeful that in the weeks ahead the news flow will be positive. On the upside the market is saying that .05p is the base for the share price at the moment. I see little downside but a whole lot of upside. I would like to see an RNS stating that everything is ok at RHA and that we are in full production and that amounts to revenue and profit. This should be the catalyst for all of the other exciting news I am expecting over the coming months. Having been a long term share holder its about time!!

Being to think this share is suspended. It's a serious flatline. Very unusual AIM share in terms of fluctuation.

I cant help feeling that some of those involved with this lot make Mugabe look like a fine upstanding freedom fighter with a great future.

What was the reason for the spike back in 2015?

7-1 buys sells. Never let it be said that the market is fixed in favour of those with inside knowledge.

Hi,

I'm contemplating dipping a toe in here but have a couple of questions.

What was the reason for the spike back in 2015?

Assuming the assay results are good, this should spike again, however, once they start producing in big quantities, what's the plan for getting the money out? Having spent a bit of time in Africa (albeit somewhere to the North) I'd like to be assured they have a plan to ensure the companies coffers are lined!

Thanks

Great post vitec Honest and clear with no ramping or deramping Thanks for sharing. I understand what you are saying re the placings and tbh it was pleasing to see that he let pis have the opportunity to increase their stakes before going to IIS It was also great to see that he took up a good amount and also persuaded other directors to do likewise. Dilution isnt easy and he has promised never to use Darwin again which is re assuring also. I understand what you are saying about promises not being kept but I believe we will only have to wait another 60 days to see if there is any real mileage here.

The market is looking for confirmation that the assets that PREM have are starting to be monetised. As I have said in previous posts all that George has done consistently is issue more and more shares. Promises have just been that. They have consistently stated several times that RHA would be in production only for there to be another excuse as to why it has not happened. I think I remember George also saying that he thought it was a good possibility that there would be a liquidity event regarding Circum in 2016. We are now in April 2017. Am I pessimistic about the future? No I am optimistic the trouble I and others may have is that we have been overly optimistic in the past, only to be disappointed and that maybe tainting slightly our view of the future. I hold many many millions of shares and I intend to be rewarded for my patience but if I am honest it has not been an easy ride and I want to see some confirmation soon that the investment that I have made is going to pay well. I know all about the assets and the potential that they have. Come on George lets see some revenue and profit to get the share price moving!

Cheers or am I now talking to Mr Hyde?? Yeah I think the share is sitting passively at present as the shares acquired recently are changing hands as those looking for a quick 10 % profit impact.Could be totally wrong if course but reasonable share trade activity to suggest this is the case.Having said that I can wait.Good luck I think the same is happening to my jubilee shares although they are mainly in South Africa

Well said Bill, a lot of AIM traders don't have patience! Although some shares are good for a trade here and there, by and large the long term hold gives far better returns and when you have a story/assets like PREM, the long term hold could reward handsomely! GLA

When RHA starts showing some revenue then boom And dont forget we are owed $20M WHats not to like!! Oh and did I say George has a huuuuuuge holding. Oh and did I forget to say the last placing was oversubscribed? Did I forget to say that the presentation was really strong and that maybe just maybe Lithium may be in strong demand. So so many good things going on here and we are valued at £23M!!!
