The price drop is down to those who had a position, who bought in the offer, thus owning more than they are comfortable with. So sell now for 10% profit..... easy.
AIMHO...of course

I am staying put for the time being. Think bigger profits to come. Plenty of news to come out its just a question of time. No more fund raising for the foreseeable future. It is now how profitably George you can use the funds to move the business forward

Tool, this should be over 1p but due to traders and warrants it will struggle until JV. Even then I think it will struggle to hold on to gains. As soon as I'm in profit I'm out.

If the offer was so oversubscribed there must be larger investors wanting to still get in. Paying a premium to the offered placing price will be small fry compared to the profits that can be made. The early action this morning is profit taking but I think a lot of these shares will get hovered up as the story gong forward should offer great rewards

tem, yes I bore that in mind when subscribing here, but prem dont have any ourstanding cln's. Of course some people will sell current holdings to pay for subscription, but only above subscription price. Plus it is not in Darwins interest for this to fall below 0.5p since they own Primary Bid!

tem, think you may be lucky to get them at below placing, espec if news lands re jv/potential monetisation at zulu; also I expect rha news this week, and circum news any time...best of luck though...a mugabe death and zim turmoil is the biggest danger imo

Mmmm lots of de ramping by those that don't/ couldn't get in on the placing...
Around 8% dilution to bring in maiden resource on an asset likely to be worth 4x the current market cap with RHA likely to be revenue positive from mid year.Looks like a decent placing all things being equal.

highly geared

Still 300,000,000 shared means more dilution so be interesting to see how price reacts

This will likely get hammered today. I wouldn't be surprised with a 20% red day. Such a heavy discount on placing. I will keep the faith and hope GR has a bit more business acumen when it comes to selling Zulu.

Can not say no more placings Mike_F but obviously a much better way of raising funds than those CLN's from DARWIN

Great news, well oversubscribed:George Roach, Chief Executive Officer of Premier, commented:"We are very pleased with the support we have received from both existing and new institutional and private investors for this offer via PrimaryBid. This fundraise enables expedited execution of the additional drilling underway at Zulu Lithium and our limestone deposit in Mozambique. When RHA meets the guidance set out in our RNS of 30 January 2017, and a liquidity event occurs at Circum, Premier is unlikely to need further operational funding for any operations at any existing projects in the current calendar year. I am pleased we have been able to offer this opportunity to shareholders on a direct subscription basis and we sincerely thank those who have subscribed."No more placings written in that RNS as well :) When they sell Zulu we'll be multiples of this price! No Guarantee all that subscribed PI's will get their shares, so those thinking of selling first thing be cautious as the mm's will mark this up and your'e probably pay more for buying back what your'e just sold.
I will wait until you have proper confirmation the exact amount of shares they have offered you if at all.
Seen this all before where a discount was offered and the shares went up 25-30% on the market and never returned lower.
