“To put the Danakil project in context, the much smaller Yara project to the south of Circum was funded on a valuation of US$200 million last year.

“I believe that Circum should warrant a significantly higher valuation on its much bigger project particularly as and when the mining license is granted.”

Back in 2015, a definitive feasibility study suggested the total value of Danakil was in the region of US$2.1bn. If true that means Premier’s stake is worth US$42mln; a sizeable amount given the explorer’s current market value of £23mln.

Given the fall of the pound...the above, if correct, means prem is trading at a significant discount, especially given the increase in commodity prices

Davis Lenigas/Darwins Warrants of 0.8p very close...would be nice to see Lenigas exercise soon given his faith in Prem...is it true that Lenigas gets paid only £500 pm and its thew warrants that are his main reward?

Ny Boy,

KENV are certainly worth a look, tantalum producer, planning to become a lith producer and JORC out in the near term for their lith. VAST look good too with the rising Cu and Zn prices. Definitely worth a look, additions to PREM rather than replacements imo!

Regards,
Ed.

Welcome aboard goldfinger

I don't know KENV but will take a look.

Bought some more PHTM this week.

Here it's just hold the shares for substantive gains and watch the show of sellers getting mugged as we climb higher.

Summary from Microtan this morning; Here is an up to date summary of what is happening at PREM.1) No Darwin debt.Darwin’s converted shares were pre-sold to brokers who then sold them to investors at low prices to attract enough buyers to absorb these shares.News on shares admitted to trading on AIM is expected up to 13 February 20172) RHA Tungsten Mine re-opening February and following optimisation profits of $6 million per annum from July based on a Tungsten price of $180mtu. Tungsten has risen 10% to $193-198mtu and the X-ray transmission (XRT) sorter will increase margins from $50/mtu to $60/mtu. Profits could be around $7.2 million per annum.$20m owed to PREM for development costs by NIEEF, 51% partners in RHA. Consequently all profits revert to PREM for 3 years and 49% thereafter.RHA has a 40 year Life of Mine.News on completion of underground works and commissioning is expected later this month.3) Zulu Lithium/ TantalumDrilling completed 3 weeks early and assay results are rolling out during February/early March.Grades exceed targets extending over 3.5km and down to 200m depth so far identified in the 5km strike. A further 2km strike to the North makes a total strike of 7km. PREM plan an extended drilling programme to add to the resource statement.Once evaluated, PREM will consider either selling Zulu or form a separate company. Zulu is conservatively valued at £66 million.News on certified assay results is expected at any time soon.4) TCT Industrias Florestais Limitada (TCT). PREM has a 52% share in TCT. The hardwood forestry division has a projected $750k per annum profit. TCT’s limestone division will be highly competitive against imported high cost agri-lime and limestone aggregates.News on financials is expected any time soon.5) Casa Mining Limited (CASA). PREM have a 4.5% share in CASA that is planning a 5,000 metre drilling program to validate the 3 million ounce potential of the Akyanga gold deposit in the Democratic Republic of Congo. CASA will then issue a revised scoping study for a potentially larger gold mining operation. In December 2016 PREM decided not to acquire up to 30% in CASA agreeing to work towards consolidating the CASA interests and find appropriate finance to fully develop the project.News on developments is not expected until later this year.6) Circum Potash shares have been valued by proactiveinvestors at $42 million. Morgan Stanley is facilitating the buyout once Ethiopian government sign off agreement.News on anticipated liquidity event is expected any time this year
