Considering the hundreds of million darwin shares the market has absorbed over the past
last few sessions ,I imagine that once those are fully sold the break of resistance will be sharp and swift can't be too long to wait now.

Can't be long before we break resistance here, probably later in the week.

going to go higher today, the way those sells are being soaked up tells you there's larger orders they can profit from by giving you this price

Hi Bill, yes very possible, I think once the Zulu final assays confirm we have a world class deposit on our hands there will be a huge influx of new investors coming onboard. A lot of bigger players want confirmation before putting more than a toe in but that could be the news they need to see in order to go ankle deep! Look at our market cap against other Lithium plays in the market today. Then look at the other assets we have up our sleeve. A re-rating will occur sooner rather than later IMO.

Hi Mike I believe we could see a yo yo day today as Mms decide on their position Don't have level 2 but don't really care about daily fluctuations. No reason IMO for this to head back up to test 3p as the funds start to roll in each month

Price should now increase given its a even market. No more Darwen shares and most holding there's, so eventually mms will need more shares especially if major players buy in

Selling appears to be drying up, hoping for a further push north today, resistance is apparent at .7p but once through should move higher. GLA

I hate when people make comments like bps and dont back them up with any substance. I have a feeling/inkling that a placing could be happening. Ridiculous. Having said that if they do have a reason for a placing at around 1p for something positive to increase our cashflow or make another investment we had not foreseen then BOOM!!!

bp, that should mean you won't be sharing any more of your infinite wisdom on the bb then!

All sold out today at .66. Been a great rally. Still expect a placing and the price to fall back so on the sidelines for the moment. Good luck holders.

Usual pattern when the share price hits resistance levels, patience before we break higher.

Jung,

Yup the £1m placing should see these through to production from RHA.

Well explained there Edgein. The monies were received earlier and converted into shares recently. We also raised £1m in a placing just under two weeks back.No need for more money short term hence the cancellation of the remaining Darwin loan notes.Onwards and upwards.

Some of you guys are a little confused and think that the loan notes were a placing. Nope they were Darwin converting their loan into shares, that's what convertible loan notes are. They're not the company receiving cash from Darwin for a second time, they received that cash when they took out the loan notes from Darwin in the first place. Good to see a steady rise before news, lots to come over the next couple of Q's.

Regards,
Ed.

Can't understand why some punters were selling lower last week, same thing happened before that, basically getting mugged, as the share price moves higher. Just hold long term, you don't experience these muggings.
