Oil - by December prem will owe Canmax 100 million and have to issue another 20 billion shares to pay the 2 mill/month opex.

We given him untill 31st December 2024. Snowking has cloae to 400miliion shares and i think many others in the telegram group have similar.

I have to agree. Mistakes were made. Stark should never have been allowed to build. 2023 was a complete disaster and we are now into May. Each month 3 million is being added on top of running costs of approximately 2million.

Oil - at least now we know it wasn’t stark that was the issue. It was GR’s lack of competence.

Make or break time. Good luck every one. We will run out of funds end Jun at current rate. Its costing huge Capex at current burn rate, paying 300 plus staff, running cost of macinery is no small amount.
Regradless of what eveeyone says, its not sustainable and unless we start selling i am afraid its over for PREM. Zulu is too big to fail , so Canmax will take over.
Next news will be interesting. I think prem and Canmax will be 50: 50partners.

Well if the plant can’t produce now the issue is what’s going into the plant. And if that’s the issue, George may have misrepresented what he told Canmax and stark about what was in the ground. Might be stark and Canmax taking prem to court

To be honest regradless of what all Armchair CEOs think or say, its quite simple if the mine cant produce nameplate production, its game over for prem.

This is make or break for PREM and GR. I am optimistic and given PREM untill end 2024.

I dont think PREM will survive if the mine cant produce nameplate production. Very likely a drop to 0.01p if that is the situation. This is make or break for GR.

Any more bad news and i doubt it be 0.12p. Dont forget this went down all the way to 0.03 few years back. You are looking at 0.05p. That is the worse case.

Good Morning my fellow AIM investors . My inbox has had a huge number of worried investors regarding the silence.
I was not going to post until next month.
Here is my opinion of what is going on.

We have had issues as per pervious RNS and GR was updating every week. This was considered as negative and GR was told only to update the small investors if RNS was warranted. I mean if you wanna trade, trade another share. weekly updates were destroying share holder value for long term investors with huge holdings.
I am very pleased.

For past 2 weeks 200-300 staff have been on site everyday. We are indeed now at the final stretch and its gonna happen.
I fully expect share price to be trading 0.4-0.5p range come End of May /Jun. I also fully expect plant to be shipping material to its client come End May/Jun.
The share price will slowly make a break out from this range over the coming few weeks. We will get a spike but over all i still expect 2024 to be a very good year for PREM shareholders.
