Oil - the chances of a JV are zero. That was just the telegram group trying to pump this so the placing shares could be sold. Look at the selling today. Sell today and buy at the placing price next week

Running a mine is an expensive business. Short term PREM will need money and we all know that. The ball is now in the hands of the major shareholder. Us small mug punters have been shafted soo many times by GR that few more months will make no differenve to us

We are in a critical stage . 2023 a complete disaster, Stark should have been sacked last year. Soneone has been telling a load of fibs to GR and yes it worked for them. Now a corner has been turned for PREM. There has been a lot of discussion in the Group today regarding 60: 40 JV . Lets face it this is last chance for GR , so a JV will be in the best interest of share holders. Forget my 0.5p end of this month, it be 1p for sure on JV news.
Still sticking with my 0.5p by End of March 2024.

oil - yesterday you posted that you're sticking with your .5/.6 prediction by the end of the month. 10 million placing is a 15% dilution and with a 20% discount to today's price that is sub .20. maybe George gets it off at .15.

I hope you are no longer telling people to throw the kitchen sink at this because end of the month this might be closer to .10 as george dilutes shareholders.

10million will be sufficient untill we can get to a 24hour operation. Primary bid offer will keep a lot of new investors happy.

All eyes on the major share holder now. 2023 was a disaster. This for sure is the last chance for GR. We are optimistic. I be happy with 10million funding of any type. More then happy to back GR .

Dont write GR off. He will pull a rabbit out of the hat. I think many share holders are getting very emotional. Stark gone now, so its happy days ahead. Due to legal reasons, GR couldnt say much but this was fantastic news.
Personally i think PREM will be forced to do a JV now. 9million Prem owe and it will keep building up. I think most now agree and majority of Telegram group members now think the same. Running a mine is not cheap. In AIM shares always expect the unexpected. This is not the time to sell up personally.

Today was a great day for PREM holders. We finally got rid of rubbish. Now the proper experts will come in. As i mentioned earier this week that GR has full backing of main players. These prices at 0.3p are a good oppurtunity . In 6 minths time you will look back and wish you had better balls of steel

Oil - I’m loving that George is crushing the telegram group pump and dump. They didn’t even get their 10% today. Shorting this was the easiest money on the market.

To SUM up.
1 - The RNS was the best RNS to date. Finally GR got rid of the roots to the issues we been having
2 - Now the experts will deal with the issues
3 - We will get there, just slowly
