No placing.I am more concerned about GR Health currently. He has been under intense pressure recently. How many mug punters will give almost 2million?. GR has saved you all.

Posters on LSE are talking about a placing. Sadly these Fish and Chips money Mug punters are clueless.

So, question is will Prem be producing and meet the new agreement targets. Well GR has had lot of meetings with the guys working on the Ground fixing the minor issues and has been assured the timelines will be hit. 0.45p will look like a bargain of the year come End September.

The choice was very difficult. The big shareholders didnt want a death spiral funding, nor was a placing acceptable. Only option was GR to fund the urgent money required from his own pocket . I admitt he screwed up, he should have never done that interview. Instead of price going up it tanked to this level. The interview was a major disaster. This was not expected. The Telegram group members and few of them have 6 figure sums invested in PREM, its no punt money

And how is George selling shares at a loss. He gets all his shares back irrespective of the price they were sold at according to the rns

Oil - it was more with respect to your ‘throw the kitchen sink at it’. In retrospect, folks should have not thrown the kitchen sink but waited until the price dropped 30%

Like i said GR had no choice. No money was left at all. Investors should be thanking GR that he saved the company with his own money selling shares at a loss. Looking forward to October as its the end result that matters. 0.45p close is not bad considering the sells have now happened. PREM is a very good trading share for many

Oil - I think it’s ‘well done’ to those should didn’t throw the kitchen sink at this but rather sold at .55 and now bought back at .4. Well done to them!

The revenue generation will be huge. We are looking at huge profit every month even after taking away all expenses and payments. Huge demand for the product is out there. Its a small fix. Posts on LSE are best ignored, sone of those mug punters are clueless

The original deal was rejected by GR as terms were not as good as this one. It was still unclear untill the very last minute if they were going to draft another deal. Thats why it was essential we got everyshare holder to vote "yes". The 2 million should take us towards end of November and PREM should be producing from October. The plant operators gave 110% assurance the new deadline was going to be met. Not the time to panic sell Just walk away and come back in October

Its only the day traders crying and moaning. 2 months are nothing in the Grand scheme of things. I am still 100% behind GR and i have not sold a single share and nir have any other Telegrsm group members

Not suprised at all as PREM needed that money. The Telegram group still is backing GR 100%. There was no other choice. A lot of investors are saying "GR could have done better".I can assure you he couldn't have. Its only few months and we are on the right track. There is no placing on the cards. The plan was the 2 million would be sufficient to get us to where we want. Plant shutdown could not have been avoided

This presumably is part of the 'orderly sale' of shares for the 2 million loan from George.
