Just got off the phone with George. Turns out he told the telegram group something about mining for ethereum and that's why there was all this buying today. The telegram group says ethereum is 10x more valuable than lithium per tonne

The placing shares for Friday are due for admission on 25/05/2023 tomorrow. I now suspect CMC markets the company behind both placings were the sellers shorting the stock ahead of the admission date. With the admission date tomorrow everything has to be settled by then hence the slight recovery today.

The opportunity was taken to raise authorised funds because the deadline to raise such funds without shareholder approval ran out on 21st May 2023.

Missed production target seems inevitable here, the question is by how much, sharp listeners to the Stockbox media event may recall Roach saying the Chinese (buyers of the Lithium) were frustrated re delivery.

Plain fact is if all was fine and dandy you would not raise circa £2.4m via a placing when production had commenced.

Question, did Roach use the Stockbox promote to get the share price up and placing away in the meantime knowing all was not well at the mill ?
