There is nothing PREM can really say if the drop is due to a seller with a large holding wanting out. Had adverse rumours been circulating in the media then they could have responded with - "We note speculation in the media..."

Everybody just has to ride this out. I believe it will come good when the seller has gone.

That's one possibility. It does seem to me the sells are coming from a single source. The MM have been given the lot to sell. So they're selling then pausing allowing the price to recover before selling the next batch and on this will go until all the shares are gone. I find it incredulous that shares could be placed at 0.925p with the company withholding news that will tank the shares the following week.
