Don't believe the nonsense that some LSE posters or we call them Armchair CEOs are spouting. The truth is far from that. The shots are currently being called by Canmax and not GR. You have to remember Canmax have to protect their 45million plus 14% stake in ZULU. If Canmax decide to exercise option 2 of the agreement , its a wipeout for all holders. which i don't think they will as they have stated on many occassions, they not interested in ownership. |
Snowking was one of the biggest holders in PREM, reckon his share holding value was close to 500k to 1million pounds, many in same boat. I was one of the biggest holders many years back. Lets see what happens next week, we should get RNS. We have asked him to resign with immediate effect, so some sort of announcment will be made |
What will happen is 1st April Canmax will take 45% of the company + 14% they already have, so Canmax will have 59% of the company. GR will step down , i think he mentioned it to one of the members, he will be going soon. Sadly too late, most of the holders been wiped out. I had sold at a big loss back then , it could have been a lot worse.
However , i think canmax want him to continue for few more months to get the plant up and running once tgey take full ownership. Eitherway share price will Rocket when GR resigns and Rocket when Canmax takes over. |

Sadly, most of them are almost wiped out. Support for GR is still there but the share price has hit All time low that some of the holders that had 100k to 500k in pounds , the holdings are worth 1k to 5k. If Canmax do agree to lend 3 to 5million then share price will Rocket. After 1st April Canmax will have 2 options as per agreement. Take 43% and become biggest share holder, get rid of GR and get Zulu working. Zulu is too big to fail |
They would have done that by now though if they were supportive. They don't trust the CEO, I doubt many do now. What is snowking saying about the current status, or has he sold up |
Over 100million has been spent on this project, GR has spent 12 to 13million of his own money. A lot of major shareholders had holdings excess of 100k.
Such a shame and dissapointment funds are not there for the final stage. Lesson for many here.

Most holders sadly have been wiped out now and many have holdings that are worth 10pounds to 1000pounds.
I am hoping GR will resign now , its the right thing to do. Canmax will hopefully become the largest shareholders and will take charge of the company cone 1st April. |
I just got off the phone with George. Apparently the main issue was that he forgot to order umbrellas for the workers at Zulu and with all the rain they didn’t know which switch turned the plant on. The umbrellas should arrive next week. George thinks it’s going to be a game changer |
Its very simple to me now. If Canmax exercise any of the 2 options in the Agreement , the share price won't be 0.01p ( All time Low). |
Non of us know what Canmax are thinking. Just guess work. Its the uncertainity that has caused share price to these historic new lows. For majority if LTH, the holdings are worth nothing anyway. 100k previously is now worth 1k for some. |
