Billion volume today |
Lot of dissapointed punters. We were all expecting open offer at a discount 0.02p. Chalres Acker, Jaglith, Martinigirl and most of the Telegram group were as well. Just goes to show, we know nothing |
It doesn't work like that. 0.05p 15billion shares will give 7.5million. After that its all system go.
SP has held up very well, in fact better then the blood bath that many were predicting |
I bet Canmax plan is to vote down the proposal, let PREM go under as the open offer alternative wont work. Then Canmax can take Zulu without putting in anymore money. |
In fact i agree with Wally. We should get a holding RNS from Canmax. Was being mentioned in the private chat biards that Canmax have helped out GR. Its all becoming clear now. |
Once GR explains in the interview, share price will rise rapidly.
Could be good buying oppurtinity for a quick RINSE AND REPEAT IN THE MORNING. |
Many are missing the point here. Canmax have agreements in place, where they had to buy shares at 0.5p. That was a huge disadvantage to them and that agreement still stands. All will be explained in the interview but my understanding is, Canmax now will retain the same % but will now buy at a much lower price. The 15billion shares, majority will be purchased by Canmax. On a negative side no open offer for shareholders, so we been shafted again. |
Some people understandably shocked by the RNS due to the rollacoaster ride over the past few years...but could it be that simple that the shares are indeed for Canmax and we'll get another RNS to follow. It makes no sense otherwise to why Prem think they'll get the resolution passed when they failed with much less shares very recently. The only conclusions is that Canmax are backing us and the shares are for them.
Also makes more sense as to the recent rise. This is a very logical explanation and why I am buying more in the morning.
Sadly many will sell in the morning and will very soon be buying back much higher up. |
Oilisgold, GR called EGM 4 october and Canmax voted it down, so why would it be different now. If he had Canmax support it would be stated in the rns.
I think Canmax wants Prem to default so they can take over Zulu without paying a cent more. |
"WAAAAHHHHHH!"
Broke baby alfred TANTWUM!! 🤣🤣 |
GR would not have called the EGM if canmax had not agreed. 15billion is a lot of shares. Its make or break for PREM. Last throw of the dice. PREM needs to show it can produce, so money is required. Its simple as that |
Oilisgold, Canmax is not even mentioned in the rns. No indication at all that Canmax will support the resolution. They voted it down in Novemberg EGM, I cant see why they would change their mind. |
Its simpke guys, GR needs to demonstrate the plant works. On a positive note Canmax are now fully supportive. |
It is important to note that Premier's key options regarding Zulu, as set out in Interim Results all remain under review and are actively being explored. However, Premier's Board of directors believe that the best means of both realising and restoring shareholder value through either the possible sale of Zulu in its entirety, securing an investment partner into Zulu via a partial sale; or enter into a Joint Venture, all require that Zulu can demonstrate that it can produce spodumene concentrate through either the Primary Flotation Circuit and Secondary Flotation Circuit or ideally both. |
GM 23rd december. Getting interesting. |
pumpers on over drive on LSE waiting to sell you their garbage holding in prem |
