Pooler... You replied to items that I made no mention of in my post and just ran with the assumption which I find annoying.I invested in PREM until at least 2019 so if RHA is running profitably with a new deal with Zimbabwe then I am fine with that. Also I was under no illusion that we would still hold 100% of Zulu by the time the feasibility study is complete so I am not as annoyed as other may be over the fact. Even 50% of Zulu taken to FS is worth multiples of current market cap especially if it is 120 - 160Mt when we get to that stage.Pretty much everything on here is in people opinion even though some of it is put forward as fact. Up to the poster if they want to put IMO/IMHO or not.Regards IHNC

Pooler I agree with what you have written. Whilst all of these negotiations are on going the mine is not producing. I expect the next RNS to state "negotiations are progressing well and in view of this PREM has decided to forward x amount of money to RHA as a bridging loan to facilitate the restart of production"

The market has been totally underwhelmed by today's RNS and I suspect don't believe a word that George utters. This is unfortunate as I do not believe him to knowingly state untruths or promises that he does not believe will be kept. Further monies going in to RHA would be another broken promise (unless it is a bridging loan) but under the circumstances maybe the best option. However, I do not believe it is just about money and there are other fundamental issues at play.

You stated that I said that they would not be willing to negotiate.
Where did I state this? I have said that there will be conditions attached and it will take months, nothing in the rns has changed this.
I would be amazed if other mining companies haven't also been in contact with concerned parties but have they felt the need to rns it?
I can understand why George has put it out but until a final agreement is in place then its ditto.
Say it will take 8 weeks to negotiate terms, it will take 4 weeks to get the mine back up and running so no profit in first month so maybe profit in 2nd month so that's 16 weeks away (May).
I hope it does come good because I will be looking to re-invest and can do so today at lower price than I sold but will wait a little longer as I've reinvested into KOD and MYN.

Edit: Just to confirm that it is all IMO, we are all grow ups so expected everyone to see it as IMO but don't feel the need to put it after every message.

IVNC, you either can't read my messages or choose not to understand. There is nothing in the rns that won't happen to all the mining companies concerned.
I stated that there was an announcement in the pre budget to give 100% back to the mining companies bar a couple of sectors.
I said it will take months to sort out and there will be conditions, we await those.
Nothing in the rns has changed that or are you just reading it the way you want to?
Lets wait some more weeks before more news on it and we will see.

Well they've been trying for 18 months and the only buyer they've found is themselves...

Of course dmitri, worthwhile going to the government so that we can reduce our percentage of RHA.

That means absolutely nothing. "Willing to restructure" could mean they take more.

Nice RNS, what's the betting as soon as we have this sorted that RHA all of a sudden turns profitable :) GR playing a blinder? All bad news appears to be out the way. Hopefully the only way is up now. GLA

Rns says rha government holding to be restructured which is excellent news for prem . So at moment rha is valued at zero and this is incorrect , this will go up
