Oh he's back, the good samaritan, only posts on a single stock, that's this one and by his/her own admission he doesn't hold it.

You have to laugh.

Who says Darwin own a lot of the shares, and does it matter who owns them because whoever does is going to sell anyway, just all a matter of timing.

If Darwin had shed loads they wouldn't be able to say it had strong demand... if they have any I would guess it would be a minimal amount.

It was underwritten, they clearly didn't have enough demand as they only printed £3.5m. Darwin no doubt own a lot of shares about to come your way.

Some people will never learn.

Dudley,

There is no way this will go below .3p.

It will be marked down this morning at open, but won't be down there long. I would take odds on it.

Whatever happens long term, it's a clean sheet at the moment, and there are some noteworthy news points going to happen over the next 3/4 months, share price is free to go as immediate cloud lifted.

There are many shares which should be higher than Mcap but they aren't as Aim traders are looking for the immediate next big news to jump in. This is a placing at 0.3p simple so share price will drop below this now as some will be annoyed. The placees will be already selling some.

At 0.3p our market cap will be just £20m about. Zulu, circum , rha.Should be more like 3 times that at this stage imo.Gla

How much had to be underwritten? The bid closed at 5pm and no earlier makes me think the subscription wasn't a huge success.

"it is because you seem to take pleasure in other losses"

I take no pleasure in others losses or 'schadenfreude', as it's called. I do take some solace and affirmation in watching pompous windbags berating me and proving themselves consistnetly wrong however.

I take enjoyment from the fact that some people took my advice in the .50s and sold and thanked me for it. That genuinely makes me feel better about life.

The Primary bid placing in March closed early (12.40pm) when the offer was 34% over subscribed.
This one was still open at 4pm and advertised by twitter. Closed at 5pm - was underwritten so £3.5m will be raised - could be a bit more but not by much.
