So ignore my valid points and go for another approach eh doctor?

Yes i had 13m at one point, sold out ~0.56p, thankfully hold nothing atm, it's a fxkin basket case as i've said quite vocally and against strong opposition since the YA death spiral financing.

Next question pls...

Not 100% sure, but I think dmitri is correct on this point, the market should be told first.
On the PrimaryBid website it says
" The result of the Offer will be announced by RNS on Monday 02/10."

If the information is material and hasn't been publicly released then it is, especially if the auction had been conducted over the weekend and a person is saying that they know the result - inside.

Knowing material non-public information before the official release is the very definition of inside information...

He means it ran to the closing time, if it had been oversubscribed it would have finished early. Only those involved in the placing will known all the details. Anything else is pure speculation!

"Closed at deadline - aka not oversubscribed "

Dimitri what do you mean

Closed at deadline - aka not oversubscribed, aka darwin own a load of these from the underwriting, aka these are going down. "Like dog's returning to their vommit" springs to mind...

Am I missing something, it's going to drop tomorrow , so if you didn't subscribe just buy some more in the morning on the dip towards placing price. That's my plan anyway

This is a forced way for holders to " average" down.

RHA has been a bit of a disaster and Roach has handled the corporate side poorly over the last 6 months, but, ZULU should eclipse the misgivings over RHA.George is in the last chance saloon but I'd hope all the work at RHA has narrowed the technical issues and yet further funding to a 3-6 month timescale that will see the mine become profitable at the same time a JV deal is done on Zulu in the context of a 100 million tonne Lithium asset that others are fighting over. Circum is a value accretive distraction that has negatively impacted short term but is hopefully banked for a big payout down the line; just leave Circum as it is George and focus on sorting out RHA and getting the Zulu PEA.
The assets are great , now deliver shareholder value from them!

And it's closed so look forward to tomorrow but I bet the investors who subscribed today are going to be miffed as they wouldn't of got their request
