Thanks for the response. Any reason for the delay in issuing Results as the shares will be suspended if they are not published today. Hardly a satisfactory way to treat shareholders.

scotty- I had a response but I did have to go via a back door so to speak to get one, box standard reply. However they are presenting next month and I will make the effort to see them and let my feelings be known.

Assuming we are still trading off course..!

I’ve emailed the company and specifically asked when the results will be published on the basis that to comply with AIM regulations, I believe it has to be today, unless there is a caveat that I am unaware of that allows them to do it before the LSE opens on Monday with the last actual reporting day being ‘officially217; on Sunday 30th.

I’ll let you know what response I get.

Dibs "Delay in results is NEVER good" not necessarily so,with the illumina settlement only a couple of weeks ago perhaps certain outlook figures forward looking statement etc needed tweeting in a upward direction 😀

I'm out for now until there is certainty on what is going on. Delay in results is NEVER good. Not saying the results themselves will be bad but something is amiss. Someone suggested a cash call - that could be it. Then if it is it will depend on the price how much the share price is walloped.

Prepared to get back in if/when the time is right.

ha ha! chance would be a fine thing!! This company (and viy) have a history of reporting at the very last moment, today they have taken it to a new level, unless there has been some sort of technical glitch.

Re. Settlement with Illumina. Didn't they have a slush fund set aside for legals and potential license fees to mitigate against 'unexpected' costs?
Sorry I'm behind the curve here as been in and out a couple of times.
Still think there is a sound business here......when the shackles eventually come off!

Yes we know he bought in the placing,but he as also bought in a couple of times since then in the open market if I remember rightly.
