horsewood.

I have some exposure to PRD yes, not too much as obviously its now in the high risk category but I can afford to hold some given its wonderful rise and profit it has given me.

TXP, yes one of my largest holdings now.

PRD, if they strike gas with the well yes I will let my holding just run for the long term then.

I never know which thread to post on so have posted on 'both' now:

Here's the latest potential satellite image thanks to Adon.
Note the black square which the black arrow points to which was previously more sand coloured and not visible at all a couple of weeks ago. The red lines point to a newly constructed road in the last couple of weeks.

Robbiekeane - yes, PRD currently have all contracted surplus c02 via Massey. Who we have just conveniently announced a C02 EOR / CCS Joint Venture with.

Lovely.

A glut of opportunities opening up with the rush to green.

PRD handsomely placed to, as the CEO says, ‘ cherry pick’

I’m expecting a name change too. Predator is a responsible green conscious company in everything but name.

So a dropping of the oil n gas tag for summat like predator energy / similar etc etc is probable imo, and may coincide with the Aim move.

The timing is logical.

And it’ll appeal more to green gang investors too = shares in even greater demand

As I said yesterday, T&T is starting to look very interesting. Where I might be wrong is where I said they didn't actually need the money.

"We welcome any expressions of interest especially by smaller and nimble operators who are interested in exploration and production of fields in Trinidad and Tobago."

Most of the above will be investing in EORCO2 and who has the monopoly of supply?....

MOU-1 could be a game changer in the region if its as big as Predator think it could be. Morocco might be drowning in gas in the future. Any thoughts on the impact of a discovery on Chariot's ambitions to develop offshore gas?

I don't think they actually needed the money as the drill is already paid for and they had an earlier fundraise in March. I think it was just a case of Paul saying let's build up some reserves whilst our stock is hot. T&T is the bread and butter, it has huge potential to incrementally build up. Morocco is a pure drill play it could really make the Company (but it won't break us if it fails), Ireland is a bit of a mystery. No doubt we have a product to sort out their short / medium term energy issues but will the bigger companies have greater influence on the Irish government, who knows? It certainly is an exciting time to be a Predator shareholder.

I think PRD raised sufficient cash to enable one of the projects to become revenue/cash generating and then possibly PRD then becomes self-funding...thoughts?

ANOTHER C02 EOR / sequestration project incoming?

RNS: “Proceeds raised in the Placing...

...are being assigned to evaluating and potentially *ACQUIRING RIGHTS to the new business opportunities that the Company has recently identified together with general working capital”.

*ACQUIRING RIGHTS.

Reads like picking up old licences of mature oil fields ( ACQUIRING THE RIGHTS ) ripe for C02 EOR / sequestration.

Could be something else entirely but it fits.

Hmmm

I did think PRDs C02 hands were now completely full with the newly announced Massey JV and the humorously abbreviated LOL.

EDIT: maybe even something a little further afield - or OUTSIDE T n T - or a mould breaking pure C02 sequestration play?

They are not in a hurry to move to AIM as clearly stated up to q1 2022. Paul owns a good chunk of this company and will not dilute too much imo. Diluting just 3% in the recent placing when he can go up to 20% on the main market just shows his intentions. Morocco, Trinidad and Ireland are each company makers. So not a one trick pony.

Probably.
The new shares come on to the market on 28th June so I dare say the placees will offload as they should be in a good position by then. If the drill is good there may be another placing to pay for the next round of drilling so back to the trough for the placees. All good stuff!

See below from RNSThe Board has also determined that the Company has reached a maturity and materiality sufficient to justify a move to the Alternative Investment Market ("AIM") being more suitable and flexible for a high growth company. Accordingly, the Company will be appointing a Nomad shortly and will announce the successful candidate for a potential AIM flotation in due course. In addition Novum Securities Ltd shall be retained as lead broker to the Company for the purposes of its AIM flotation no later than Q1 2022 or such earlier date as market conditions dictate .

Mostro. Your 20% in any one share rule is there to be broken. I've been 100% in a share 3 times in the last 5 years. Once Immupharma (flop) Rockrose (hit) and third time Touchstone (hit). The first time nearly broke me but the second two made me.
