JSW has been a leaky ship before and news of discussions with Prairie has gone to the Polish mining media from their management. No leaks / news of anything this time around, so they must have been told to keep their mouths shut. As you say, we just have to hope. Not long to wait. I would expect that any news would be preceded by a suspension notice for the Australian stock exchange.

I took 20000 shares a little earlier, must be due an update soon, end of this month has been muted.

Price moving up slowly on erratic but persistent small buys. On line buying limits nailed right down now, so all the loose stock has gone. Anyone with inside info trying to trade is going to be very disappointed - there's no stock to buy.
We have been promised news on the JSW situation by the end of the month so we won't have much longer to wait.

Obviously more than rumours:) anyway they were on Hot Copper. Apparently an announcement will be made by 8th June.

RNS now out. As you were, standard holding announcement. Looks like a deal is being worked, so we will just have to be patient.

For the record you're not alone LG, just not much to say as it's out of our hands.

I doubt if the MMs are sitting on too much stock from the way the share price is behaving. JSW to the rescue would be the ideal imo. Fingers crossed.

No reply from the company. Disappointing but not unexpected. PIs don't matter much in the scheme of things.

Interesting to see today's holdings announcement, which follows the conversion of the loan note held by CD Capital aka Carmel Daniele. Given that she is also a non-exec Director (looking after her loan no doubt) one has to assume that she knows what she is doing.
Hopefully this bodes well for good news to come and there has been a lot of buying today. The price hasn't shifted as much as I would have expected given the volume of buys. The MMs must have a fair bit of stock to shift from stale bulls.
I continue to live in hope of a big deal with JSW. It could make for a very merry Christmas.

By the way. Am I now talking to myself or is there anyone else left alive on here?

Really sad whats happened here the share price has taken battering, this will take years in court.State theft imho

EU court might well give an unbiased ruling but of course time factor. Mustn't pre-empt but I think it's always a bit dicey when state interests are involved. I don't hold many but will stay and see what June brings.

I do not hold but I am pleased for holders for this temporary respite. Paleje - yes not cut and dried but having said that I would be surprised if there is not available an appeal to the equivalent of the Court of Appeal. Also there should be available an application to the European Court.

This was expected as least they cant give license to someone else at the mo, by end of june will get environmental decision.Full court proceedings take a very long time.I think pdz will prevail but it will be very difficult for them to do business in poland, best sell the asset at reasonable price...

Good news and breathing space but not cut and dried. If - 'if' - the ruling by 30 June is negative, does anyone know if there is an appeals process?

I think this can take alot of time to address in court.Its never easy fighting the state when world class deposit is at stake, churchill mining are still fighting 10 years on.
