Ah, Baldrick has now signed in as Sickothetech. Well TOTALLY now got just over £2 million in the bank up from just over £1 million. Very big RED FLAG for TOTALLY imho. Hvivo now has about £35 million in the bank and Polb £12 million. Maybe if the share price of TOTALLY can crawl back to 10p the potential equity raise will be less dilution at that basket case. Not sure Why Baldrick/Stt1 needs to keep advertising his TOTALLY useless investment on the Hvivo and Poolbeg boards. Getting very desperate are we Sickothetech? JMO

Why does Nexn (ex-trmr/rthm/blnx) go quiet when Polb/HVO is busy and vice versa?

Do you think it's because it's difficult for the blnx pump and dump gang with their multiple ids to post on both HVO/Polb and Nexn at the same time?????

Placing by H1 2025, ie by end of June next year.

3 years ago they raised £25m

"Oversubscribed fundraise which resulted in an increased raise from £20m to £25m despite some investor scale back"



Last week, they said they have £12.2m cash remaining, as of Dec 31st 2023. That balance figure is 4 months old.

" Cash balance of £12.2 million as at 31 December 2023"



Their admin costs have been increasing and with the new recruits, I think admin costs are now likely to be around £4m pa.

Therefore, as of H1 end 2024, end of next month, I think they will have around £10m cash.

They have had NIL revenue over the past 3 years.

I, therefore, think they will need a placing by end of H1 next year.

TLY announced their fy TU this morning.
Around £106m revenues, EBITDA £2.3m, Cash £2.3m

Mcap still a low £12m

Sp up around 20% this morning.


POLB, £71m mcap, NIL REVENUES, increasing admin costs.
