Atlantic coal / carbon suspended and then delisted. It then had three offers ...that we know of...at a substantial premium. The directors refused the offers and continued to take large fees and expenses. They then deemed the company to be bankrupt. Shareholders lost the lot. Polo need to relist. Or they may also get nothing.

I think not. But you can ask for your paper certificate and you will have to pay the broker charge for that. Don't mind being contradicted if anyone knows better.

There's one benefit of being a private unlisted company.....you won't have to suffer the effects of market manipulation on the shareprice, or of people claiming its undervalued or overvalued or bring pumped or dumped...infact there won't be any share chatter from people with opposing views.So, delisting should be beneficial for all the believers out there.

Why would you want an update shout gcm?You need a nomad here first or its delisted in 2 weeks.Of course if there not a nomad appointment then it will be mission accomplished for dyani and its owner. And they will soon force the asset phulbari from gcm, in lieu of the loan notes which gcm cant afford to repay to polo. Polo and dyani have enough voting power to prevent any possibility of gcm taking action to get themselves out of this hole.

Hibiscus trying to raise a huge amount of cash, twice the current market cap. They could use it wisely in the current market and build a decent size company.
Polo shareholding will be diluted accordingly (unless the buffoon Tang decides to take part in the fundraising)
