"Just running one listed company"?But I thought you said previously that polo and gcm were separate and the delisting at polo had no bearing on gcm itself? So you're saying you were completely wrong? But polo was really just an investment company as they have holdings in quite a few other companies. Gcm however is purely about phulbari. So I'm unsure why you think they would do an rto to relist into gcm. What would happen to all polos other investments? It makes no sense either for tang to force a delisting of polo, but then whilst in complete control of it, end up with an rto into gcm.More likely, he will call in the loan notes of 3.5million quid and force gcm to suspend whilst they either raise external capital, or are forced into admin, where polo as the only first line creditors will take the gcm assets in lieu of payment.Note at the point of loan note conversion, polo and dysni will then hold around 70% of gcm.Whatever route, gcm are screwed now, and polo will end up with significant voting power to do as they choose at a gcm egm.

Phronimos had no coherent plan if they had succeeding in removing Tang as a Director. Tang is vital to GCM and he bought Polo for Control of GCM. It is because of Phronimos and the shareholders that supported them that we find ourselves delisted. Tang may or may not have favoured a delisting. If Phronimos had never happened I am sure Polo would still be listed. However the Phronimos fiasco delivered the opportunity to delist on a plate. The best outcome now would be a reverse takeover of Polo by GCM combining all the assets and giving Polo shareholders shares in a listed company run by Tang which has a Nomad. A more cost effective proposition just running one listed company which would be much stronger financially.

So where is Phronimos now? Are they not up in arms about this? Or are they relaxed about the situation?

When a company has poor corporate governance and no independent directors, it's hard to find a Nomad. If only more people had backed Phronimos when they tried to engage with Tang we would still have a listed company worth a lot more. I hope those who backed tang are really pleased with the value of their shares. Regretably I have to support the rules of the LSE which try to prevent people like Tang running companies for their own personal benefit. I wonder what lesson I have learnt from watching Tang's incompetence and greed take my [too many] shares from 30p to 0p.

I think we will be lucky to see anything back. Could buy GCM and do a reverse I guess. Atlantic coal was the worst delisting in my experience....suspended out of the blue and delisted. Three potential offers well above the delisted price. All rejected by management...who then put the company into administration.

I hope that the shareholders who supported Phronimos in their attacks on the Company culminating in their failed attempt to remove Tang are feeling really pleased this morning with what they have achieved. I said when they started be very careful what you wish for if you support them. They achieved nothing by attacking the company and its Directors. Instead of releasing value they have caused it to be destroyed and very much harder to realise when the shares will no longer be publicly traded. I had hoped Tang would be a better man and look after the long term shareholders who had stuck with the company for many years but unfortunately he has lumped us together with the shareholders who have attacked and vilified him for a considerable period of time. We needed him far more than he needed us and he has now taken the opportunity to be rid of us. We have much less visibility of what the company is doing when they won’t have the RNS requirements and how do you value or sell the shares. A very sad day.

I changed a bit the lyrics to match the situation....the datuk is a great successful man And now, the end is here And so she face the final curtain My friends, she'll say it clear She'll state her case of which she’s certain She lived a life that's full She raveled each and every highway But more, much more than this She did it her way

What has a possibility of a delisting got to do with the filing of a statutory notice about a shareholding in another company. Enough of your pointless drivel.
