Tang is the Executive Chairman of GCM and has to present GCM to the Government of Bangladesh as a serious well managed company capable of delivering the Phulbari Project.He is also Executive Chairman of Polo. It would clearly not be good for his reputation or credibility if he lost Polo’s listing because he couldn’t get a Nomad.
One would expect that he will appoint a New Nomad.

If they do delist.....end of polo and I am doubtful that shareholders will ever see a penny back.

But I dont know about that.....I suspect a new nomad fairly soon.

I don't disagree there 888 (as if I would!) but it can't be the easiest time to get a new NOMAD. Summer, August, holidays, Covid must all be playing a part and that's without considering any governance or similar issues. Perhaps the best way to understand this at a distance is what the market is saying. When the spread is wide it means those making a market see it as 'pants on' time.

What Apfindley says about the new nomads appointment is as usual hogwash. It does not follow that if the new nomad does not arrive by Friday, the Directors have avoided getting one in place. Indeed one only has to look at the appointment of the current Nomad who was appointed 2 days after the shares were suspended, whereupon trading in the shares resumed. There is a one month period after suspension to appoint a Nomad following which if a Nomad has not been appointed they will be delisted. Clearly the new Nomad will have to go through due diligence procedures which make take a little time.
The ramblings about Polo wanting to harm GCM are unsubstantiated fantasy and will be seen by all for the pathetic deramping that you undertake on a daily basis.

What was the mid price when the Nomad quit - 2p (plus 20% spread).
It is not a fair market. Not sure what the true closing price is now.

So if no nomad arrives before Friday, you know the directors have avoided getting one in place...which means their plan is to get polo delisted.From there, they will have full control of polo for themselves and also means they can hold gcm against the wall and gcm shareholders will be powerless to prevent a suspension of gcm too.

u cannot profit as its not risen beyond that?!

it will likely close into suspension

as likely some1 playing the trick of sucking all available cheap stock (perhaps)

and appointment of nomad will likely be in the month ofg suspension

which means they can gap it up on release from suspension

good luck with your gambles

Big Frankie asked you about the 'split'. I suggested the chart was corrected for a consolidation. Otherwise the share price would have been 2000p rather than 200p using the logic you were presenting in response to johnnyrambo. You usually like to have these things right, or corrected.
