Yes, the dividends were nice back in the day, it's unfortunate they can't afford both dividends and salaries now.

Don't forget that 'the board' amended the investment policy to provide themselves some assurance there!

Dyani has been seeking to divest its shareholding in GCM in order to qualify themselves to receive further GCM shares pursuant to a pre-existing arrangement with GCM and had sought Polo's assistance.

Wonder why that wasn't refered to in the 6th Feb. RNS?

Oh yes, that would be before the Phronimos letters..., I'd almost forgotten about that.

Anyway, it's incredible that Polo managed to arrange all this in such a short time - a day perhaps - given the Coronorvirus lockdown and screening taking place. They could have done it on the phone I suppose... but would you want to borrow someone else's phone just now?

Post 16081 is nonsense, Polo haven't 'made' anything, the position is not crystalised.
Besides, how do you know the shares have even been issued yet, let alone admitted? Please do tell.
