22/3/2010 05:30 | we easy to forget dattels has 111 mio shares in prl thats 5.2 mio pounds at todays money. so he will be trying to get some value here too. the only way i feel is to sell ext ( if u get a decent price) and give a cash dividend. there is really no point in polo buying anything else if it gets hit with a 50 percent discount to NAV as soon as u buy it. its almost a broken formula... | ![]() sitiain
21/3/2010 13:16 | afternoon katy, dattels has a cunning plan??? you better believe it. follow the management, and the money. nice to see this moving north as i could do with some luck after my cheltenham debacle :-((( just keep adding. | ![]() humbugg

20/3/2010 17:24 | so net assett value up 14 percent with EXT and we only go up 6 due to this constant flow of cheap shares. saw it with CHAR friends it lasted about 6 months through petrobas news and all ,just kept creeping in every day 35 percent volume distressed seller .. doesnt matter what the news is.(but when they stop) looking at the holdings it could be RAB although you would think they are a little smarter. frustrating as it is i hope we will all look back and see it as a great opportunity to buy a way unvalued assett in PRL. the board here should really be doing the rounds to here to clear this bloody guy out though. great value for a resource fund. think datels will be under pressure here to release this EXT holding if he gets a decent offer from the koreans. despite me liking the 3 companies he is heavily involved with it really just has not worked so far and we would all be a lot better off having bought the companies themselves. share holders including me would like a cash bonus if EXT is sold to get a NAV.I WOULD CERTAINLY PUSH FOR THIS IF HE SELLS. | ![]() sitiain
19/3/2010 20:37 | Hmmmm, seems the wait is over ... | grazzer
19/3/2010 14:46 | Agreed. Clear pattern of selling after initial buying spree this am (even allowing for those trades marked as sells but dummy buys/sells tell you different). They even marked up the bid. So large buys to show up later or MMs taking a position although not really their game. Interesting. | ![]() soundbuy
19/3/2010 14:38 | looking at the trades today and the way the share price is moving it looks like they either have a very large order to fill or they are aware of imminent news in the background. | ![]() barryrog
19/3/2010 14:35 | that 500,000 4.72 was mine too thats all me char money gone now. good luck to all it obviously a destressed fund i would imagine and no way dattels and that lot can buy with so much going on behind the scene | ![]() sitiain
19/3/2010 14:33 | People must be so stupid to sell now!!! | tadska
19/3/2010 14:22 | all that 4.68 are buys fyg i picked up 200,000 are we finally getting rid of this bloody seller hes been around for weeks | ![]() sitiain
19/3/2010 13:00 | Still holding. Added more EML this am. Expect more news flow, from EXT or potential partners so should see news driven rises over coming wks. Interesting to see what happens to EXT stake now. URU's disposal looking a tad premature even though perhaps their hand was somewhat forced. Also there's GCM, AEE etc. | ![]() soundbuy
19/3/2010 10:10 | In a dummy run,I could only buy 100k (4.68p) online, but can sell at least 250k @ 4.65p. I agree the share price may have been a dullard for several months, however most of us and the directors who bought millions in 2009, know where its going in the short term. Virtually nothing to loose but everything to gain by holding and sitting tight. | ![]() azalea
19/3/2010 09:56 | great that its so quiet here. no mug punters on this for now | ![]() jonnyboy1
19/3/2010 09:21 | Thing is ,this share has been a dull dog for many a month and when the stock finally nudges into profitable territory for those that bought, say 6 months ago ,they scarper pretty damn quick if they can make a small turn. It's well known punter psychology and ignores the fact that the case for buying has actually strengthened.I've sold stocks in such circumstances in the past and the decision has invariably proved wrong. We're into the straight here. | ![]() steeplejack
19/3/2010 09:05 | barryrog Point taken(MBO comes easier to the mind for obvious reasons). | ![]() azalea
19/3/2010 08:56 | steeplejack, unfortunately its a 'penny share' and small punters cannot resist a quick 0.20p/0.25p turn, especially t traders with no cash to buy shares. | ![]() barryrog
19/3/2010 08:38 | They've still got the handbrake on the share price .Lagging the Kalahari rise.Well,i spos it's a buying opportunity as ever. | ![]() steeplejack
19/3/2010 08:23 | I don't mean to be pedantic but its BMO. check the Financial Press this weekend - things are hotting up. | ![]() barryrog
19/3/2010 08:16 | Kerrie3 You can be certain that MBO will have Korea Electric on its calling list of the big players in the nuclear energy field. | ![]() azalea
19/3/2010 08:03 | off we go. 5p today which is nice on the back of 14% on ext | ![]() jonnyboy1
19/3/2010 07:47 | this announcement may bring other interested parties out into the open. i am sure the Chinese won't be keen on Korea stealing a march on them. | ![]() barryrog
19/3/2010 07:42 | this is getting exciting - i wonder if Korea Electric is a client of BMO Capital. looks like there could be bidding war for PRL's stake in Extract - lovely jubbly! | kerrie3
19/3/2010 07:37 | MBO should not have much difficulty in finding buyers for PRL stake in Extract. In that context, next month could turn out to be very interesting for PRL and its shareholders. | ![]() azalea
19/3/2010 07:05 | Is it too much to ask that the price goes up today. | ![]() steeplejack |
