Just bought a wad under 90. This was 86 pre FDA run up. Nothing priced in at that price.

Moon, the only reason for there not being an RNS is the board have not had official communication from the FDA, they are a professional bunch and if they had a CRL or an approval we would know. So logically that means one of two things 1) a delay, unusual but not unheard of. 2) some sort of timing issue for example it was dealt with late yesterday but the paperwork has not come through. If that is the case we should have an indication by 1pm today. Any later than that and the probability is the FDA have asked for additional data or clarification on some outstanding aspect.

Nope, it'll be the FDA, I've no doubt POLX will have reached out for clarification. As I mentioned a couple of days ago, delays & issues being raised close to PDUFA dates have been common on NASDAQ, there has been a lot of anger towards them. POLX can't RNS until they have clarity on what is happening...

Maybe but 5th Oct has been fairly definite in people's minds plus an overnight to fashion the rns. But the fda may be behind I'm not au fait with their procedure and time keeping but it changes nothing here for solid holders with a long term view . We will hear bleating from traders and carpet baggers however...

Also there seems to be a more broad RNS delay today. Companies such as Tesco and IP Group who have released results and material news have not put out the RNS yet.
