I agree Neo26, I think POLX would have told us by now if there are any delays. RH made it clear that they would have to RNS any slippage in the FDA approval date.
JW on today’s podcast said that Vadim Alexander thought the decision would be US time, so by the time POLX get the news and collate it, it probably wouldn’t be released to us on the 5th.
Either way, not long now hopefully for positive news.

Like i said if they were not goin to make date they would have told us by now.Fda will give decision on 5th oct. ImhoRemember xenon 133 is radiant gas and that is fda approved we have xenon 129 which is non radiant.Nearly 40 years since no new imaging technique for pulmonary function, polx tech is 3d image also.

The PDUFA date serves as a good first approximation of when a final decision on drug approval can be expected. Sponsors frequently publish PDUFA dates for their pending applications,[1] and while there is no official list of PDUFA dates,[10] several websites collect PDUFA dates from press announcements in a calendar form

I have been here since the pre-ipo stage and been great to see the progress over the years.

I wouldn’t get to hung up over October 5th. It’s going through a process with the FDA. Over the last few years and during Covid they have definitely given priority to US applicants (America First policy) so don’t be 100% surprised if things get delayed a bit.

Fingers crossed but ultimately shouldn’t make any difference in the medium term.

How has the 5th Oct been fixed as the date for a decision? Is it or is it an indicative date? Like Greyseal, I've guessed it is an indicative timescale & expect share price to fall if it slips, though I am surprised it is not in 130p by now as in guidance

Decision will be made on 5th oct, if there was delay we would have heard about it weeks ago.

Does FDA always announce their outcome exactly 12 months after submission or can it actually be anytime?
