Set up for the future! 2024 transformative. Couple more deals, expanded use, expended age range.In print that we are now with some private health providers. Which is a fairly big thing the transition into that. More money in the balance, cost control. Let's get moving now with thoughts of 2024 and beyond.The increased strength to the Philips collaboration is fantastic. And them promoting it to their markets is wonderful. I expect we will be bought out though for peanut's before 2025 results

For those interested note 7.30 am 1 july 2024 and the company
notifies the market that the 6 month deadline is 30 june.

So where are the Polarean directors or is the CEO going to go on Linkedin again

For those interested Sondrel issued a RNS 24 june 2024.
Sondrel year end 31 decm 2023( same as Polarean ) and they have said they are unable to produce y/e audited accounts on time.

Sondrel (AIM: SND), a leading provider of ultra-complex chips for leading global technology brands, provides the following update in relation to its Annual Report and Financial Statements for its financial year ended 31 December 2023 (the "2023 Annual Report").



As stipulated by Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules"), the Company is required to publish its 2023 Annual Report by 30 June 2024. However, the Company confirms that its auditors will require additional time to complete their audit following completion of the Company's subscription to raise £5.6 million on 14 June 2024.



As a result, the Company no longer expects to be able to publish the 2023 Annual Report by 30 June 2024. ....

Trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will therefore be suspended with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 1 July 2024 pending publication of the 2023 Annual Report.

Is AIM going to suspend trading in Polarean shares.
The CEO and Chairman and BoD have just over 24 hours to decide just how to approach their shareholders. Annual report and accounts required.


Annual reporting
AIM Rule 19 requires that audited accounts are prepared within six months of the year end.

Reporting of price sensitive information
AIM Rule 11 requires notification without delay of any new developments which are not public knowledge which, if made public, would cause a significant movement in its share price.



A request can be made for an extension of the time limits such as London stock exchange outlined on 21 jan 2021
