A profitable company may go bust whereas a loss making company may survive. It is all about cash flow.

The company's finances have been sorted out. It had no choice but to resort to a dilutive placing at 1 p each share because the market was against it. Anyway, for new shareholders this is a dream come true. We are getting in at a bargain price for a promising company.

Forward and upwards, the price will reach 5 p (my target)
