25/10/2018 22:49 | Anyone else find these pathetic accusations of us all being the same person ridiculous. Market master has been a long standing presence on twitter. Was interested in ppg but presumably bailed when news didn't come. Welcome back. | 1savvyinvestor
25/10/2018 17:21 | Have to say, at last investors have seen the light and wont fall for certain peoples rope a dope activities when ramping pumping and dumping stock; just like Marv pointed out for all those years. Who was that masked Marvel of wisdom? Savy? lol | chopyead
25/10/2018 16:50 | yup chopyead, all looks V E R Y O D D !! What about Marketmaster haha, 1savvyinvestor couldn't stay away so resurrected one of his golden oldie names! haha He'll have to create some more at this rate, he must be running out of them! | pbanus
25/10/2018 16:46 | Mmmmmmmmmmmmm would suggest a possibility of someone cooking the books? If so; wonder if the FSA will be taking action and carry out a full investigation into such alleged activities? Have to admit; it all does sound very cloak and dagger? | chopyead
25/10/2018 15:42 | Accounting Ratios are great fun to unpick what we are told by company directors. Gross Profit Margin (GPM) = Gross Profit/Revenue, which if we look at the 2016-2017 accounts and the 2017-2018 accounts which have recently been published we see that GPM for both the financial year ends of 2017 and 2018 were 100%. The question now arises, why has this suddenly fallen to 80% over the summer? The PPG Tweeter was trying to imply that this was a favourable figure, when in actual fact it is showing a 20% decline in gross margins from what we have been used to!! OUCH!! | pbanus
25/10/2018 13:38 | Nice to see. I imagine not much over the summer but shows that In use year round | 1renard
25/10/2018 12:36 | marketmaster=1savvyi | pbanus
25/10/2018 12:09 | Just tweeted! @PlutusPowerGen profit margins ran at over 80% over the summer period on all our Rockpool sites . 11:55 am - 25 Oct 2018 | market master
23/10/2018 18:53 | Have you noticed the same repetitive words being used over on the ramp only thread lol: Probably, may, could, vision, maybe etc lol. On this thread you will read facts rather than fiction and not ramping fantasy. Hence the appalling share price performance. | chopyead
23/10/2018 16:38 | Some very good Posts Pb which need answering; lilah soon changed 'its' mind when asking for questions to bring up at the meeting and now cant go lol. Put up or shut up and stop giving Pb a hard time. It is as it is; that being nothing more than a cash cow for its directors! Where has all the money gone? PPG has turned out to be nothing more than yet another dodgy AIM stock. The FSA sure needs to look into its accounting activities with the looks of comments made. | chopyead
23/10/2018 15:34 | report back to who, montynj, 1savvyinvestor, a1m1investor...oh dear, they're one and the same. AGMs are largely pointless when directors own 50% of the shares as they'll block any common sense move. They hold them as they have to. We were all thinking you would take us out for lunch on your BIGDISH discount card... ;-) | pbanus
23/10/2018 11:47 | will the Bod take me out for lunch and drinks if I attend? | pbanus
23/10/2018 11:29 | and then there were none going to the AGM....Marvin, MARVIN????? hahaha | pbanus
23/10/2018 11:15 | hahahaha, nice one monty, you're out of the country, you got that one in quick! You and 1savvyinvestor couldn't be in the same room together...., hey bet a1m1investor is going to make his excuses too. Perhaps you could do a Lord Charles and he could be sat on your knee while you try to put your ventriloquist act into a live room.....Lilah you'll find there will at best be a handful of people attending and given the directors shareholding they'll vote down any resolution you try to pass. You've asked for questions to ask the BoD which we have duly supplied. | pbanus
23/10/2018 10:48 | So who is going to the AGM let's all own up now who is going. I am unable to cos I'm out of the country | montynj
23/10/2018 10:31 | In politics the people have to be vocal & vote for change by doing so you make the powers to be accountable If you want change you have to vote in change and ask those questions to management that will make them accountable So I suggest you start to do something about it, as words and bravado on this board will get you no where Shareholders need to turn up to the AGM and put any questions or misgivings they have to the board Nothing will change until you do this All of you are also accountable, stand up and be counted and bring change where change is needed | lilah1
23/10/2018 10:16 | the way for PPG to be a success is for the current directors to leave monty, oops sorry 1savvyinvestor, or is it a1m1investor, or whatever name you're going by today. They are being held to account given the whopping salaries they give themselves. How much in expenses have they claimed, are we all in for ANOTHER shock! | pbanus
23/10/2018 10:01 | U still haven't answered my question...if you are a shareholder why so u want the share price to fall ? | montynj
23/10/2018 09:52 | 1savvyinvestor just couldn't stay away, *log off as montynj* *log on as 1savvyinvestor*, ummmmm, give *a1m1investor* a break for a while...he's promised not to post AGAIN!!! So funny! | pbanus
23/10/2018 09:35 | interesting to see that there are no "notes to the accounts" to give a detailed breakdown of the £1.513M admin expenses. £1.2M of that was salaries, but what about the other £300,000 where did that go??? Were these "expenses" claimed in part by the directors? | pbanus
23/10/2018 09:29 | would be interesting to know how the "other operating expenses" of £286,000 over the last two financial years was was spent, described as "pre-planning project expenses". In particular did any of this find its way into companies owned by the directors? | pbanus |
