I sold up some time ago and suffered a most unpleasnt loss, but I was left with a large pile of Plutus Energy Ltd ordinary shares at zero cost and zero value.

My ISA provider (Interactive Investor) now tells me that these dregs are not deemed to be ISA-eligible under HMRC rules. I therefore have been given until 9th March 2022 to request that they are moved from my ISA account, either into my trading account, or I can request they withdraw them into certificated form, registered in my name and posted to me.

There is no suggestion that I could sell them of course and there seems no actual way to simply lose them. Hardly any surprises here, but the end of the road at last. The robbers have finally won

Anyone else had a similar letter?

I'm not the one who is repeatedly losing money investing in uber dogs. Until you work out that it is you that has the real problem you will continue to be a ready source of cash for the scum that run these POSs.

2pablo - he may very well be right. He hardly has a monopoly of wisdom in this regard. We can all see the history of this and other companies by looking back through the RNS's and the BB histories.

But to rub the noses of existing shareholders into it - many who are long term (me not so long term thankfully)- isn't that a bit on the nasty side?

Do we need it I'm asking? What benefit does it achieve?

Smcl - I’m afraid Karolina is going to be proved right. The slimy dogs that ran PPG just wanted to keep the accounts secret and avoid takeover two years ago. They did that by promising something but never did anything.

Cremation very likely but nothing anybody can do now, the time to vote them out was January 2020 :

THAT Charles Tatnall be and is hereby removed as a director of the Company pursuant to sections 168 and 312 of the Companies Act 2006

FOR 45.9%. 271,173,372. AGAINST 54.1%. 319,487,22

Similar vote to remove Longley and, unfortunately, similar to appoint new Directors. So all resolutions were defeated by a few percentages and the death of the company was confirmed

Not the behaviour of a company seeking a new listing and about to do an RTO. Next step is first strike off notification.

Power has been spiking up to £4000/MWh across the winter in some half hours, so these peakers should be making a big margin, even with the limited running hours due to environmental permits. It must be a good time to sell the assets, but need to get in touch with Tatnall I guess

Confirmation statement overdue.
Should have been published by 24 January.
All directors, except Tatnall have resigned.
Plutus Powergen Plc is said to be the Person with significant Control (75%+)
Plutus Powergen Plc is still listed as Active, run by Tatnall and 2 accountants.

Yes @avobutt I think all holders of PPG still have them as there's been no way of selling those shares since they've always been a private company.
