Yes, I still have Plutus Energy Ltd on my portfolio at zero value, zero cost.
I am not assuming they will ever be worth anything.

Does anyone still have shares in Plutus Energy Limited?
Its the subsidiary that was demerged from Plutus PowerGen
I've tried to get in touch with the company to see whats happening
The diesel power stations are likely to be worth a lot of money with wholesale prices spiking, so I would expect the portfolio of plant to be worth more now
But, its difficult to get any information......

if we had been more supportive and far less negative with the ben's creek merger it may have greatly enhanced our investment, lets try +get it right this time.all the best fellow investors.

I think they’ve found enough copper to make a kettle. Long-gone and Tatters are the best.

As Bens Creek goes romping through 36p what a bunch of complete 'erberts we have as directors.

This could have been PPGs if had not been for director stupidity

Do you know that as a fact or is that a guess. I can see why that would make Ben's Creek walk on the deal (I don't really see why BEN did not do from the outset what it ultimately did and there is far less sense in Mayflower reversing into a delisted company), but I don't see why it should bother the Nomad, especially as the Nomad would make a decent wedge from any deal that went through.

According to A J Bell, Bens Creek is up 255% from a listing price of 10p

We can thank our avaricious directors for our loss

Sweet Karolina the nomad pulled because the directors wanted a bit extra from the deal

itsyou,

Why are Mayflower doing an RTO into a company that has no listing, rather than doing their own IPO to get their own listing free of all the baggage that would come with PPG? Who knows what horrendous thing(s) caused the Nomad to resign with immediate effect. Ben's Creek has successfully listed without any "help" from PPG and seems to be doing well enough, so I think that makes it clear enough that the horror story was within PPG. Given how lucrative the RTO would have been for the Nomad had they not resigned completely scuppering it, we can safely conclude the resignation was not over something trivial.

Well as long as those two are not involved you may have a chance, good luck to you.

However, would anyone seriously want to fund Tatnall&Longley 1. In a copper mine?"

This is an RTO, Mayflower will appoint an experienced BOD...guaranteed!

Ben's Creek is doing well because it did not make the mistake of RTOing into PPG and is therefore unencumbered by all the baggage that would have brought.

Metallurgical coal is used for making steel - lots of infrastructure project going on. Thermal coal is what is used for making electricity and is much dirtier and there are many more alternatives - wind farms use steel but can't make steel.

Why is Bens Creek rising so fast - metallurgical coal - hardly flavor of the month in this green era?

Why aren't Mayflower just IPOing direct onto the (sub)Standard List? What value would doing it via an RTO with PPG add? The same value Ben's Creek thought it would add ie zero which is why Ben's Creek ditched the RTO of PPG the moment PPG lost its listing. This scheme will go exactly the same way.
