let's be clear, bod have made a massive step forward and in the next few weeks not months our investment will prove to have been no shot in the dark.looking at 0.045-0.78 rise.so no panic, and remember to continue support for they know what they are do'in.this is the start of a long and i am confident we are on a very big ride up in the next few years.its not all about the cash its about investing in and seeing that investment grow into a substantial amount we/you/me/them have contributed to over the last year/month/days.hang tight.

the facts are the BOD want the continuation of big salaries and fees and have found their next source of it, the placing and what follows afterwards hands it on a plate to them

Let’s have a wild guess what might happen, BOD immediately pay themselves large salaries, claim feasibility studies etc need to be done by “arms length” contractors. Pay huge fees to them. Many wonder where that money really goes. Throughout the process dilute current shareholders down to nothing. Different company name - same game of rope a dope!

if the current board get hold of it, given their reputation it ought to be re-named Sh*t Creek, and the current shareholders won't have a paddle

Chances of Tatnall getting this over the line - minimal,

If this miracle happens, current shareholders will be diluted to hell. Peanuts if you’re very lucky.

At least the share price can’t fall anymore for several months if it ever resurfaces

Agreed Sweepie. It’s the best we could have expected. Only thing for me is the choice of industry! Strange decision in the era of renewables?

What does PPG offer except the clean shell on AIM? You are probably right at that low figure I am always optimistic so will go alittle higher but something is better than nothing.

I wonder what is really behind the deal

As I have been saying all along, what matters to PPG holders is the price they pay for the empty shell. All that Ben' Creek is buying is the AIM listing which is worth around £200K. Interesting that they waited until the day of suspension anyway to announce this. Yesterday's mugpunter buying was probably based on a leak and stupidity of those buying in order to lose 80% of their money.

"At this stage, there can be no guarantee that the Proposed Transaction will complete nor as to the final terms [80% loss is best case] of the Proposed Transaction."

If current shareholders don't like the price then they can reject it at the EGM and get nothing.

Agreed. Metallurgical coal still widely used in 70% of steel making. Other 30% by electric arc. It’s used because it’s the cheapest way to make steel but hardly environmentally sound. All in all a strange choice. Not ideal?

Well well life in the old dog yet but coal in the 21st century probably won't do that well under Biden new climate agenda and existing shareholders will own low single figures % of the new company imo. Not a total wipeout but near enough

I’ll tick Box(1) as the nearest to the truth.

Presumably suspended now and there won’t be any need to comment further until the next 6 months elapse. Then, holders will say the same thing as now that they hope something will come of this, that it’ll be re-listed or a small payout will be made to shareholders.

Chances of either of these things occurring is minute.

Mugs who bought today are now trapped. The best they can hope for is to lose only 80% of their money, however the most likely outcome is 100%.
