Plant Health Care, a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to global agricultural markets, announces that , further to the exercise of options by certain Directors and PDMRs announced earlier today, it has been notified that Jeff Hovey, CFO, has sold a total of 220,000 ordinary shares at a price of 9p in order to cover tax liabilities arising on the exercise of those Options.

Following this transaction, Jeffrey Hovey is interested in 651,696 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2 1 % of the issued share capital of the Company .
