28/3/2014 13:31 | If piri is to leverage its listed vehicle status and clean shell, the share price needs to be well clear of 0.1p to give a chance for more cash raising = more deals = higher share price ...... | divmad
28/3/2014 13:26 | can't see it being too much of a problem getting to .1p | xcap
28/3/2014 13:22 | 2263 yes its the buyer/seller of the stock that has to inform AIM/the company of their holding the only thing I can think of is someone informing AIM compliance of the 168m sell and if they verify this (easily done) they could then consider it good practice to get PIRI to issue the rns to remove the uncertainty would be nice to tick this one off | xcap
28/3/2014 13:18 | 2255 yes and hope you boys checked out Pattern Energy for the potential in RAME hxxp://www.patternen (have wind operations in chile - check out the presentation | xcap
28/3/2014 13:01 | Divmad ... On the basis it was Otterswick the trades reported added up exactly to their entire holding ... we should see a holdings RNs but it's up to the administrator to inform PIRI...and there is no compunction for them to do so.. They have done exactly the same thing at AVP..although the trade shapes are even more obvious there as they had an odd amount ....again no RNs. | moreforus
28/3/2014 12:53 | morefocus, how do we know the seller has finished? No rns. | divmad
28/3/2014 12:47 | Not making myself plain. Not saying it's a trade, just that they've been released for sale by the MMs and are now available at that price online (in the context of them making only 250k available before the tick up) | outspan

28/3/2014 12:29 | Santander certainly have an appetite for wind in Latin America, IMHO bodes well for Rame Energy's further development, I just hope Pires stick around and let the investment develop.......GL S Herald Tribune... "EGP Gets Loan from Spain's Santander for Wind Farms in Mexico" "ROME Italy's Enel Green Power (EGP) said Monday it obtained a loan totaling 153 million euros ($211.7 million) from Spanish banking giant Banco Santander that will be used to develop wind farms in Mexico. The 12-year loan has a market-based interest rate and is guaranteed by the Spanish Export Credit Agency (CESCE), EGP, which is listed on the Milan and Madrid stock exchanges, said in a statement. The CESCE is insuring the loan because components for the construction and development of the Mexican wind farms are being purchased from Spanish firms, EGP said. EGP has wind farms with generating capacity of 144 MW in Mexico and is building two other wind farms. The Italian company manages renewable energy power plants in Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panama, Chile and Brazil with installed capacity of nearly 1,200 MW. EGP has wind farms with 24 MW of generating capacity in Costa Rica, 144 MW of generating capacity in Mexico and 180 MW of generating capacity in Chile. The clean energy company is in the process of building the 99 MW TalTal wind farm in Chile." Link.... | swizz

28/3/2014 11:07 | Every reason to believe there's something up here going by online limits. Buy limit down to a measly 250k at .065p. Bearing in mind that this is a stock where 5m to 10m buy quotes have been normal for as long as I can remember, this is finally looking poised for positive change. | outspan
28/3/2014 11:04 | Max to buy is 250k @.07p!! | h2owater |
