Really pleased to see another MDR cyber security play on AIM. The other one is Falanx. Sounds like both are performing well in what is a red hot sector right now. Enormous growth potential ahead for both companies. FlxX current valued at £3million with £4million revenues and EBITDA profitable. Will be interesting to see the floatation value.

Sisto becomes Chair of enlarged group, Lee as CEO. Places on new Board found for Tern Board.

Nothing Tern holders can do to prevent the T/O. Pires will have bought a Majority holding. Enlarged group will be valued at £50/£70m
